Sandman's Workshop

We go through Pigeon Forge, TN annually and stop by this stop to see all their creative work. Nothing short of impressive! Their work is of pure quality and passion. We have purchased several rocks from there over the years and plan to do it again next month. Our family is growing and we must keep up with these personalized stones. We purchase a large stone for our front porch, two stones for our sons, a large stone for my son and his wife, one grandson and working on buying another for our second grandson. They are such a unique gift.

Was on vacation in pigeon forge. Got this made for my dad for fathers day (just found the pic now lol) They did a very good job. Quick job, had it finished before i left. The staff was very nice and walked me through the different colors, fonts, shaped to add on the rock. Will definitely be back when i visit TN again. Thank you :)

I love rocks and saw their beautifully engraved, natural rocks as we were walking around. So, naturally, we had to go inside! I'm so happy we did. We found the perfect piece of stone to get engraved. We were leaving the next day, so they agreed to engrave it for us that day since they are closed on Sundays. I love that they put the image on the computer screen and add what you want on it so they you can see exactly how it will look and make any needed adjustments before paying. After we paid, we walked around Old Mill, had dinner, and shopped some. Once we were all done with that, our beautiful rock was engraved and finished! It looks beautiful on our front portico!

What a great place to take a unique souvenir home. It takes about a day to do....so don't wait until your last day to come here. Come here on your first day. They open at 10:00 so it's a perfect place to stop after you've eaten at the Old Mill restaurant.

Awesome group of people. Went in at 4 and picked out our rock. They had it ready before we left to head back home the next morning. Been waiting 3 years to get this rock. Absolutely love it. Very happy with our purchase. Thank you very much

This is our second year getting an engraved rock. Year one to commemorate getting engaged while visiting Pigeon Forge and the second one commemorating our wedding in Pigeon Forge. They get it done in one day, y'all! Highly recommend this type of souvenir that you can see and enjoy for years instead of something you'll throw in a drawer or closet and forget about.

This is the second rock purchase I have made in the past 10 years. The first rock was for my yard with our last name and a bear and acorns on it. We put it on our upnorth property in Wisconsin, which looks very nice. It has with stood many seasons of weather, and still looks nice. The second rock we are gifting to our son for his yard. I hope he likes it!

The gentleman that took care of us went through the trouble to find our family crest, that means dearly to our family and is the face of our companies, and put it on our stone along with our last name and the year we got married. This is the neatest place to go. We have bought different things from there over the years. A couple of weeks ago we got this memory bench. They done a wonderful job.

Very unique store. Gentlemen were very friendly and extremely helpful. Made our selection while we waited (less than 30 minutes). Could have spent more time just looking but wanted to do more shopping and sightseeing. Will definitely go back next time we're here.

Great place to get personalized rocks. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They can do most anything you want on a stone and have it done quickly, usually same day. That's great service. They do very professional work. Every time we are in Pigeon Forge we go home with a nice stone as a gift for someone or for ourselves. I would recommend this place.

What a cool idea. We walked by the shop and instantly fell in love with the idea. Might be a little expensive for what it is, an etched rock, but I’d pay it again for our personalized rock. You pick the one you like and then work on the design with staff and pick up your personalized rock the next day. Fast and straightforward. Great experience, highly recommend if you are looking for a unique personalized rock.

What a Wonderful Experience.
We originally pulled in the parking lot to look at the mill. We saw all the sand blasted rocks and decided to get a few. They turned out so nicely. They do excellent work. Don't expect a discount. We purchased 6 and was told they don't give discounts. I have friends that want to buy also. They do ship. I would love to have them make a tombstone for my mom's grave.

Pleased with our engraved stone! We visited this store several months ago and we left, unhappy with the service, especially compared to the excellent service we received when we had stones engraved three years ago. This time, August, the young man who helped was patient and helpful. We bought a large stone with trees, deer, geese, our initials and the year, 2021. We will go back again when we need a special gift or another stone for our own home.
