Waffle House

This location is clean and the staff were great. We had great service that was quick and efficient. The food was hot fresh and delicious. The biscuits and gravy are super yummy. The patty melt was very yummy too. The blueberry waffles are a must try. They have plenty of parking and clean restrooms.

Immediately upon entering, my boyfriend and I received a warm southern welcome. The people in Tennessee are so very friendly.
We were promptly seated. My server was extremely friendly and attentive. She gave us great tips when it came to the area.
Waffle House Pigeon Forge is not real big. There are some booths for seating and some counter seating. You can see all the food being made behind the counter.
My server brought me a Fresh Hot Cup of Coffee and a Water with Lemon. My bf ordered an Ice Tea.
For our breakfast we both ordered A WAFFLE With SIDE MEAT- 2 Eggs over easy with Toast & Jelly; I chose Grits and a Waffle with 2 sausage patties. My bf ordered the same thing except he chose their Smithfield Ham.
Everything was delicious especially their waffles which are a must. They were light and fluffy and had a wonderful taste to it. A cute touch was the Waffle House emblem on the Waffle. I also enjoyed their grits which came with lots of butter, what a treat for a northern girl. We both really enjoy our breakfast. ( it is a lot of food.) I chose to eat a little of everything. They have plenty of free parking in their lot along with some handicapped parking. This place is wheelchair accessible.Waffle House is open 24 hours.Their prices are reasonable.
If you get a chance to experience a Waffle House I highly recommend it.

The Waffle house was just absolutely dashing. Quite a distinguished restaurant with all sorts of delicacies that would tickle your tail bone. I had the Belgian Waffle topped with peanut extract and it was absolutely quite the ruffle stomping, if I do say so myself. Jolly good show Waffle House, til we meet again!

I really like the experience here. The employees go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food is delicious. We're from West Michigan, we don't have a waffle house. It was fun to sit at the counter and watch them cook our food.

Great customer service!!! I thought I went to waffle house not Karen's diner. I went there last night and had a great experience. The employee that served us gave us a view point about working there when she complained about her job not letting her take the night off. Also one of the employees refused to clean some of the other empty dirty tables around us because she said her chest area would get in the way of people.

Adam was great!! Our food came out super fast and he was very attentive. The staff was super friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely come by for breakfast and tell him we said hi. We will be back. Thank y’all!

Loved, loved, and loved the Waffle House! Best breakfast! Had the waffle with peanut butter chips. Bacon. Delicious! Elle was our waitress. Very sweet. Great service. Loved the atmosphere, 50s diner feel. Will definitely go back! And the prices were the best and affordable.

Hands down the best Waffle House I've been to. I mean the food was so good it makes me mad to think of how poor the rest of them are in comparison. Like that food came out fast, it looked like the picture on the menu, and it was delicious. I think there needs to be an option for a 6th star for this location,because it was that good.

I enjoyed the bacon, grits and cheese bowl. Service and food was typical Waffle House, which is consistently good in my experience.

Adam, Natasha, Nicole, Cory, Bob, and Diana were awesome. They took care of our party of 7, made us feel welcome, and took great care of us. All star roster!

Where I’m from (Michigan) we don’t have Waffle Houses, so it’s always a treat! We had a great experience

We go to Pigeon Forge - Gatlinburg very often like 6-8 weeks and about 22 years now. We have tried every single breakfast place down there. To be honest this is our go to place. The food is always fresh and so good. The workers are amazing. Cannot go wrong with the Waffle House in Pigeon Forge. Try it and you will not be disappointed!

Loved this Waffle House!!! The Staff was so inviting and made me miss the Southern Hospitality. I'm originally from Mississippi but have been residing in Omaha, Nebraska since 1986. So this was an awesome experience for me. Plus the Wifey got to see what I've been talking about. The Southern Hospitality

Adam made my first dining experience on our bachelorette trip amazing! Plenty of laughs and just all in all a good time and he made it a great atmosphere just with him alone!!! I requested a selfie for memories, thank you Adam and stay blessed!

Shannon, Loki, and Adam were INCREDIBLE! The cooks were on point too! Superior customer service and highly entertaining! Hands down the best Waffle House in the country!!!

Went for breakfast and ordered the Texas Toast (as pictured) and dinner I got the steak and double hashbrown bowl (sorry was hungryand started eating immediately so no photo). $1 more gets 2x the hashbrown and thats worth it, only ate half and I was full. Everyone was very fast and friendly! Ella was our breakfast server, but I didn't catch the other server who took our dinner order. 🙏🏻

There is nothing like a busy Waffle House.

This place was getting slammed when I walked in just as the fireworks started.

I placed my order and it was made up plenty quick and tasted great. I kept worrying about being in the way but they kept telling me I was just fine and kept refilling my coffee.

It seemed like a couple be people felt they had to wait a little while to place their to go orders but that's just the way it is when a place is this busy.

It's always great to just sit back and watch what appears to be chaos but yet somehow it all comes together.

Plus there was at least one seriously attractive woman working there, and while that doesn't affect the amount of stars they get, it doesn't hurt.

Keep on wafflin' Waffle House.

Had delicious food at the Waffle House. This was a treat and all of the staff was ever so delightful. The food was good the service was kind. It was not very busy and the service was very quick. As it got busier the service did not go down they continued to offer and provide good service. This was my first time ever at a Waffle House we came from out of town and we loved it. A southern delight I will come back when I visit town again

I hadn't been to a Waffle House in probably 20 years (live too far north😒) but it was exactly as I remembered it! They were extremely accommodating to our family of 4 children 7 and under. Our kids loved sitting at the counter watching our food being cooked. Everything was quick, delicious, and super nostalgic!
