Asheville promo has wonderful customer service and excellent attention to detail regarding their products. They have created shirt logos and embroideries. Everything has been top notch. Would recommend to any business needing shirts or logo related products created.

We have ordered with Asheville promo in the past with difficulty getting certain shirts due to COIVD supply shortages (totally not AP's fault, nor am I saying it is). However, we are able to get our hands on our desired shirts in bulk, a year later when Asheville promo still cannot but they will not logo the shirts for us. This is very disappointing as they have our screen print for the logo and are not willing to work with us for a shortage that is out of both our control. We would be happy to follow any guidelines (I.e. don't wash the shirts before printing) and not hold them liable for any premature wear or issues with the prints; as happened with our previous order but they still will not consider.
