Carlos the store manager was extremely helpful i had broke my phone and Verizon wouldn’t do anything for me so I went and transferred to metro and Carlos was able to to switch my number over in really good timing and I would highly suggest switching to metro thank you again carlos

The ladies here did a great job today!! 12/31/20 @ 4:10pm. Peyton and the other young lady, they have great customer service skills unlike the girl at the north location in the plaza with Amscot!!! Carlos went above and beyond to help me and two of my neighbors. He was very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

They have bundling. Unlimited talk text Data everything you need for your phone except for the battery you have to order the battery for your phones on Amazon or go to another store to buy a battery for your mobile phone. The people there are just absolutely wonderful. You get more than you bargained for. Ask for Rachel. She will treat you right.

I have bought two phones from this store and would like to thank Melissa for being someone that graciously goes above and beyond to help the customers that come into her store. I live in Naples Florida and travel to DeLand to visit family. When I purchase another phone, I will purchase it from Melissa's store in DeLand. I am very pleased with the service and recommend this store if you don't have a clue and need someone that is knowledgeable to help you pick a phone out that will serve your needs.
