Stopped in for an ice cream cake for my daughter for her birthday. The gentleman working the counter was extremely professional and polite. And the writing in the cake looked beautiful! I’m so used to such things looking messy and awful but he did a fantastic job. I’m so pleased!!!

Clean and welcoming at 5am Thanksgiving morning, thank you. Delicious donuts and hot coffee made the rest of the trip easy.

The morning crew with Maria being the lead is absolutely awesome! These folks take their job seriously and God bless Maria. I don’t think she ever takes a day off! Always courteous, professional and polite. Love this store!!

Lady named Linda is beyond her years and maturity. Thank God for someone taking their job seriously at any level of position. She worked the drive thru with such outstanding customer service that it stands out above and beyond almost any fast food experience I’ve been through. People are entitled to a living and making their voice heard. Little do they know the power or kindness, gentleness, patience and consideration will take this lady far in her professional career because she takes professionalism seriously. The quality and service at this particular DD is impeccable.

Cost: Wow! 2 orders of single scoops ice cream cones are $4.99 each!! I asked for 1 order to be a KIDS scoop, and the employee said that wasn't available, which is still on the menu..? So he made 2 of the single scoops but just plopped the scoops on the cake cones, so, beware of this, when you get yours! COOKIES AND CREAM was DELICIOUS!!
FYI, they have a new flav, chicken N waffles. People have bought it, but we did not!

Who ever was this lady working at night time had amazing customer service, she made sure to wait until I try my drink and it was really good then put a big smile and that was excellent service.

Caitlin (I’m sorry if that’s not the correct spelling!) one of the shift supervisors, has great customer service and is a valuable asset to the team! She perfectly handled an issue I had with an order and I really appreciate all her help! Thank you!

Friendly service! Great food! & coffee is always made just right! There’s a Hispanic fellow with curly hair & glasses, very handsome young guy who always gives such great customer service! Definitely recommend this DD.

First Time Going To This Establishment And My Overall Experience Was Very Pleasant And Good. It Was Around 11:30ishA.M. On A Saturday, So Understandably, They Were A Little Busy. The Employee Who Took My Order Was Juan, He Was Very Nice, Down-To-Earth And Knowledgeable. When I Came In, There Was A Few People There That Had At Least One Other Person With Them , So Understandably, They Each Had Mulitple Orders, I Was There By Myself, So My Order Was Not That Big. With That Said, My Food Came Out Faster Than A Few People. This Lady Sees That And All Of The Sudden, Starts Getting Excessively Loud, Rude And Inconsiderate. They(Employees)Did NOT Deserve That, They(Employees)Were Very Polite And Professional Fixing The Problem. I Mean She Seen The Line When She Came In, She Seen How Busy It Was. She Just Lacked The Common Sense And Patience I Guess. Thank You Juan And Team For Your Wonderful Customer Service And I Really Appreciate It And Will Definitely Come Back.

Super Busy in the AM. If you see crazy line for drive thru don't be discouraged go inside. Usually no one in there, Wish parking lot was a little better constructed, kinda cramped but always great service and fast!!!

Was craving a Bavarian Cream late at night and lo & behold a 24 hour DD appeared in front of me on the road... couldn't believe it... it was a full moon too... donut &
coffee were just right..

The guy in the drive thru was really sweet, he saw my dog and gave her a pup cup without me even asking.
