So today, I walked into Jays smoke shop. I was having the worst night because my rig broke and I couldn’t find anything to fix it with. I walked in and bought the piece that I thought would work. I went home and found out that it didn’t fit my piece. I go back and Tom, the man behind the counter treated me with the upmost respect and helped me acquire a new piece...I am beyond thankful and I can’t wait to try it later! He was beyond considerate to my needs as a customer, and I am sure to come back.

The staff make the store and these folks are always fast, neat and respectful. They practice safe covid-19 practices. Store and lot are always clean. I wish the property owner would pave the lot.
