Shoe Carnival

Great store with alot of assorted shoes. Was able to get dress shoes for myself and my wife for a wedding quickly. They didn't have her size, so they had it shipped to our house. It arrived in about 3 days. Highly recommend.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Dr.martin has SANDALS!!!! Super cute and comfortable.

I loved the Shoe Carnival! We were greeted at the front door with an offer of help and employees were walking around answering questions. The shelves were arranged so that it was easy to find what we were looking for and my sister did buy a pair of shoes. I recommend this store.

Visited the store before closing on 5/26/23. The manager and his staff are great. Didn't have my size on stock, so my shoes were ordered to be delivered home and also I was allowed to use the coupon I intended to use at the store.

Had a great experience at the Azalea Square location. While in-store i found their competitor was offering a better deal online on the desired boots. In short order Lindsay verified the competitor's sale, matched the sale price and i even saved $10 more with a rewards coupon at checkout. Kudos to Lindsay and rest of the friendly staff.for a job well-done!!

Clean, large selection, and the employees are helpful. I've always been greeted as I enter. I usually have to find an employee if I need help, but they are never far and always helpful and give me all the time I need. I do like the wide variety, especially for my kids.

Enjoyed shopping there they have people that you can ask for help looking for what you need like in the old days when some would but actually help you find what you are looking for

Purchased a pair of shoes online to pick up at the store. The order was ready timely and pick up was simple and quick. I ended up needing to exchange them the next day and the customer service was excellent. Completely hassle free. Will definitely return.

Helpful and very friendly employees. Bought two pair of running shoes for under $60.00. Had a $10.00 reward that I used towards my purchase. I have bought quite a few pair of shoes from this store! Love to shop there!!

I love this store because of one guy and that is Brandon. I don't know him and never met him before but he was the best service I have ever recieved anywhere. He was so on it. Got us whatever size we needed, climbed and had boxes almost hit him with a smile on his face. Thank you Brandon! This guy should lead every customer service training and should be the store manager. People pay attention to that as we did and now we will not ever buy without him

I have been in many times, this time the store was the cleanest most organized I have ever seen it, staff was on it and doing floor moves while we shopped but they were Considerate of those shopping!! Lastly our cashier was funny and pleasant! Great experience!! Best one I have ever had there

I have very wide feet and they always seem to have shoes that fit. I used to have to shop in the men's section but I actually got women's wide dress shoes this time that fit. I am so happy to be able to wear women's shoes again.

kinda hard to navigate the store but that’s not a big problem. security was funny and connor at the register had amazing customer service

Love show carnival buuuttt I've noticed whenever I did go in there, they immediately swarmed and followed African Americans a heck of a lot. I hate it!!.. .like relax your taking away from the whole peaceful shopping experience!
