McDonald's Broadway

I get my Iced Hazelnut coffee here almost every morning with my app and every single time I go there I feel the person who made my coffee deserves a raise! I have never had a bad experience with this place and I look forward to my morning coffee every day!

Google asked me to write a review. It's McDonald's which is consistently the same in quality and taste. This place has good customer service and kiosks to order from as well. McDonald's food is terrible for you, but once in a while it's ok to enjoy it as a treat. It never tastes bad, but I don't think they sell anything that isn't processed. I'd order salads there, but the sugar content and junk in the salad dressing makes it terrible for your Gut health. This place is just for fun--or if you have a craving for something specific.

This is the best McDonalds that I’ve ever been to. They have never gotten my order wrong, The staff is always friendly and fast. The food and beverages are always delicious and fresh

I love coming here. The store was clean, staff was friendly, only got a reasonably priced ice cream cone so I can't really comment about the food. Service was quick but it wasn't during a regular meal time. I love it.

Extremely clean McDonalds maintained meticulously by staff. Tables are cleaned extremely frequently and toilets are very clean as well. Great rest stop for those traveling on CA80. Food is standard McDonalds.

It's McDonald's. Don't expect the best food but consistent. The play area is great! Kids love it. We can eat and entertain the kids at the same time. What more could you want?

The young guy that was working the drive-thru window Thursday night, 08/03 is a total asset to the company and his store location. You can actually hear him smiling through the speaker; he enjoys his job and you can tell. He makes you feel in a better mood just for interacting with him. Not only did he take my order he also collected the money and handed out the food he should definitely get a raise as he is quite the asset to this company. This location almost always has fast service. My food was served hot. The outside of the restaurant was very clean as was the drive thru lane. Anytime that I have gone inside of this restaurant, I have always found it to be clean as well, including the restrooms. Plenty of parking is available and there are some electric car charging stations right behind this location as well if you happen to have the need for one.

BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD AT A MCDONALD'S! It was Saint Patrick's Day, everyone there was working so well together. The lady who gave me my food was so nice and made sure I had napkins. Great fast service.

While it's bothersome the bathrooms are closed, it was nice to have such a pleasant employee help me. I didn't catcher name but she was very polite, helpful, and overall in a great mood...which is sadly more hard to come by as of late. Grabbed a quick snack while driving home and I appreciate being greeted by nice people when I stop. I recommend this location.

Best McDonald's I have ever been to. The burger was actually really good. Fries were fresh. Service was fantastic. If every McDonalds was like this, they would do a lot more business.

This McDonald's is by far the best in the area. They always have the line taken care of in a timely manner. My food is always hot and fresh fries everytime is a major reason why I'm giving this location my full five stars. I've never been missing an item. I've always been given the correct drinks. The staff that are put into the drive thru have the people skills needed to be successful in that position. Will continue to return everytime I'm in the placerville area.
