Walmart

Walmart has everything you need and they are open late. Although some shoppers that are there past 10 pm tend to be a little strange.. not threatening or scary, just different :)
My only complaint is with these times we are in, everything is locked up and it takes SOOOO long for an employee to assist.

Fabulous employees here, Norm at the register, the young man stocking with his hat backward, understood what I was asking for when the other employee was telling me that "the pharmacy department is closed", thumbs up to him pointing me in the right direction. And the woman at the door, pleasant to talk with and helpful.
It would be great if all Wal-Marts had these employees.
The store is clean!! A+

Excellent way to waste my time! After 2 hours of shopping, I got to the register and tried tap to pay, but found out that I have to download THEIR app and register for an account! What a pain in the poophole! Thanks Mal Wart!

It's a lot cleaner than I remember it from years ago. Customer service is better too! Tire center has fast service too.

I really enjoyed the welcoming smiles today, that started with a greeter at the entry door and her sincere, welcoming smile and words. This started my happy, wandering, shopping.

I was walking passed the deli meats and heard someone, an employee, humming to himself as he was stocking. He brought a smile to my face that grew when he turned around towards my inquiry with his delightful, welcoming smile and words. My happiness continued

When I went to self checkout here was another sincerely, smiling young man to help me. My happiness is still with me now that I owe to these three wonderful, caring people

Through the years, I have been helped with smiles and excellent customer service when I've been there, which you can tell is important to me, to us all, for some days that's the only smiles and genuine help we get from others.
Please thank these three for me, for bringing joy to me, today, September 16th, 1pm to 2pm.
If they don't remember me that's alright because I will remember them. My thank you to all the persons whom have brought the same smiling joy to my face since the first opening day.

My fond of Walmart grow more and more. First was how awesome their online delivery is. We are new to town so needed to order a ton off stuffs. While Amazon uses USPS which is a hit or miss if your get your package or not or when you are getting it. But with Walmart we get everything delivered as promised or even earlier. Walmart is our life saver when it comes to getting things ready for our house.
Anyway, back to the store, so nice that they haven’t so many things for the house and they’re are really cute too! This also isn’t one of the most clean Walmart I have been to!

Walmart Placerville Auto Center is the best! Placerville Techs go above and beyond and are way nicer and easier to talk to (unlike their Sacramento counterparts).

Recently I was in Sacramento when a tire on my car got punctured and couldn’t be repaired. West Sacramento Walmart Tech wanted to replace it with some “cheap brand” because they didn’t have the same brand tire (as what was in my car) in stock. The Tech didn’t know how to order the same brand or how I can get replacement with the same brand under their roadside hazard policy.

I later spoke with Placerville Walmart Auto Center. Their manager said I can order the same brand tire on Walmart website and then when I come back to get it installed they would do the price adjustment under their roadside hazard policy. Walmart Placerville took ownership and resolved my issue unlike their Sacramento counterparts who didn’t seem very knowledgeable and wanted to pass the buck. Thank you to the Walmart Placerville manager and the techs for all your assistance in resolving my issue.

I like the cashier today. She was nice and helpful and nice. We stopped in to pick up a couple of things among them being a couple of pairs of pants and dog food.

I always have a good time. Whether it's mid-day or after a long shift at work. Pool, ping-pong, beer pong and even Kataoke on Sunday or Wednesday. Bartenders are great - and you can't beat a kitchen that stays open late.

I love Walmart, great deals with larger amounts in grocery.... I just love it.... also electronics sure comes in handy 3 to 6 times per yeae for me

Moderate size store but has all the essentials and more.

Well maintained and has good collections.

Whenever I go to Walmart and check to see if they have whatever item im looking for, not only do they almost always have the item but it's also for a better price then other places.

I needed items that were very specific. They had every item and their employees are very friendly and helpful.

This store is pretty clean. The workers a little hard to find but, when you do, they are very helpful. Employees are older and every one I saw had masks on and were wearing them correct. They have plenty of power wheel chairs. No waiting or coming in on off hours.

Nice store employees are great. Light rail and the homeless highway have brought in the professional bums. Vote to remove the light rail . Restore Rancho back to what it was. Keep up the good work Walmart and employees.

I worked here for almost 13 yrs before transferring to Martel Walmart. I opened this store back in 2002. I really loved working here.

I recently went To the pharmacy and accidentally left my phone there.
The Pharmacy staff kindly put my phone behind the cashiers register and had it for safe keeping. Thank you again! You guys are always efficient and respectful.

I go in, I purchase an item, I walk out. Amazing experience, 10/10

Susan at the door yesterday afternoon was a lifesaver helping me with getting my exhausted 87 year old Mom safely into the car. She let me leave my cart with her while I brought the car up in stormy weather and Mom waited inside. Then she brought our cart out and helped my Mom into the car. My passenger side electric door lock doesn't work so by the time I got it unlocked and ran back around to help my Mom in, Susan was expertly assisting her in. Everyone at this store is friendly, patient and helpful but she went above and beyond! Clearly this store is well managed.
P. S. I was told empty shelves in places were because the warehouse is up north and snow has affected deliveries. Not a reflection on staff or management.

Obviously Walmart is huge in a majority of peoples lives in this community. I know several of the employees on a personal and private level because I grew up in town. I go here frequently but you know Walmart it's always a mad house. So I like to get in and out as fast as I can . most the employees seem as if they don't want to be there or willing to help out it goes through it's phases from time to time I get the help I need or sometimes I get a stress case that makes being there slower or more stressful then other times. But hey it's Walmart and you can't beat the prices there.
