Slow to get my order, but worth the wait. Might be the best bubble tea shop in town. The assam milk tea was delicious.

I go to LimeRed a couple times per week. Their staff are incredible! Very friendly, and always helpful anytime I bring in someone who's never had Bubble Tea before. They always go above and beyond, even often asking "how is it?" after someones first sip.

The drinks are incredible. there is NOTHING on the menu that isn't great. Every time I try a new tea for the first time, its just as good as everything else I've had there. Consistently excellent!

I tried the dumplings for the first time today which are on par with their drinks and staff, excellent.

I highly recommend LimeRed for the best Bubble Tea you'll find in Western Mass.

When I arrived the cashier told us that they were all out of boba, but was very helpful. He tried to explain what red beans tasted like, and made sure that I knew it wasn't like a dinner bean. He also helped pick out what topping would go best in a red bean smoothie. It was delicious!

Best bubble tea in western mass!! High quality not fake or cheap tasting fruit tea and milk teas. They use real strawberrys in the strawberry match tea too.

The boba and popping boba are higher quality than some other shops.

Great place! Jeff was so patient with us (me, my friend and our four kids) trying to make a selection. He creatively made recommendations to help us and waited with a smile as we ran the options by the kids.The tea was excellent and to everyone liking! Definitely coming back!

Northampton is lucky to have a lime red here in town. Our go to place for Boba tea. You can order online and it will be ready for you on a table in about 10 minutes.

I have gone to this place for a long time, and the employees are very welcoming and the bubble tea is great! Both in flavor, sizes, and prices.
I'll admit, bubble tea is not for everyone, but it's amazing.

Had a poor experience, but everything has since been rectified by the owner.
Keeping in mind that we're still in the middle of a national pandemic, we chatted about a few things. I would suggest not using a contactless system for ordering as the tea shop can easily become overwhelmed on a busier day due to low staffing. ( Although contactless and cashless / card-less options are the future it's still a new idea)

Truly yummy bubble tea! The first regular spot we’ve gone back to as things have booted back up! Can’t wait to go back!

Although they lack a large seating area, this was the first, and is still the best, bubble tea place in Northampton.

Busy and bustling on a warm day like today but thwy handled the lines well and got all the orders out quite quick, very tasty as well i would recommend going if you have the time!

My reason of visiting lime red is the macarons and taro bubble tea. Its a nice place close to main st. The interior is good service is good and their macarons are very tasty, with a lot of flavors.

now that the drought of Thai has been watered, all is forgiven. after a month of waiting, Limered now has Thai Milk Tea again. I definitely teared up when my sister surprise-delivered my first cup of orange heaven after the miserable 30 days. thank you, thank you.

The smell of this place are do inviting! Flavors are bold and daring with a funky twist. Friendly staff helped us to customize our pick.

I go in during my lunch break at work and the staff is always helpful and fast even when I'm ordering for several of my coworkers. One of my favorite places in Northampton.

I love this place, I've been going here for years and I swear they have the best Taro root milk tea! I definitely reccomend this place for anyone thinking of going!
