The employees at your DeLand location have gone above and beyond to take care of our needs. The sales representatives are very patient knowledgeable, and helpful. The delivery guys are very professional. My mom ordered a bed and it was too high for her to get on to, The sales person ordered her a lower box springs and worked around my crazy schedule to get it delivered. I can’t thank y’all enough for your professionalism and caring attitude!!

This is my second time going to the Deland store, I must say my shopping experience on both time have been extremely pleasant. Both time I have met with the owner and it has been wonderful, I will be back again in the near future for my purchases.

The best thing is that I was greeted when I came in, I shared what I was looking for, I was pointed in the right direction and then given time and space without pressure to look at what I came for. The salesperson checked on me but was not pushy. I love this! I can't stand overbearing salespeople trying to push their agenda or constantly upselling and giving no space for me to just have some time to look and experience what I am shopping for. When I purchased, all my options were shared with me to make it easy. The men that delivered my furniture where kind, respectful and thorough! They made sure everything was right and gave good advice.

My salesman was Carter, very nice young man. He was very friendly and helpful not pushy which I appreciate. Overall it was a great experience, I would recommend Badcock to my friends,also I will tell them to ask for Carter so he can help them like he helped me.

I ordered 2 lift chairs and Carter the store manager was awesome.He informed me of a discount on my order and advised me to use the discount for home delivery; which is great because my husband and I have arthritis and now we don't have to put the lift chairs together or discard the packaging . My husband and I stopped in the Deland showroom in search of a sectional. The salesman, Keith, was extremely helpful. We knew exactly what we were looking for and he was very accommodating. He handled our transaction quickly and professionally. We are so pleased and cannot wait for the delivery of our new sectional.

Carter helped us. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. He spent alot of time with us, on several occasions, not rushing or pressuring us at all. I loved that he gave me printouts of the furniture I was interested in. It really helped us figure out how it would work in our living room. He made some great recommendations, and answered all our questions.

Was referred to Badcock, in DeLand, by a friend, to look for appliances. Wasn't previously aware Badcock even sold appliances. Went to Badcock, gave the sales rep., Carter, the dimensions and a description of what I needed. He provided me with their available choices, didn't try to pressure me, gave me a fair price, then set me up for delivery, and also removal of the old equipment. Additionally, Mr. Carter provided me with information about energy efficiency, which to me is very important. Like my neighbor, I would recommend shopping Badcock.

I am currently going through a divorce at the moment. I needed something quick and easy and didn’t have time for a lot of shopping around. I was told by a friend to go check out Badcock for their fair prices and financing that would actually help my credit score. I visited the DeLand store and wasn’t just greeted by staff members, but one of the branch owners. She was very nice and forward allowing me to pick out what I wanted within my budget range. It was as easy as cutting butter, I picked out my set and bedding, paid and back out the door in under an hour. So thank you guys for your service. You have gained one more lifetime loyal customer.

Patient kind and helpful staff. Timothy made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Loved the extended warranty which I did not purchase on bedroom furniture but would definitely consider for something that will get wear and tear. And of course the company is known for quality furniture so we can’t wait until our new bedroom set arrives.

This store and it’s personnel are amazing!!! I went in just to look and was soooo thrilled when I had a desk and a chair delivered to me that same afternoon. What I especially love is that they treat you as if you were important no matter who you are they treat everyone that way. This will be my go to store every single time!!!!

Staff is very knowledgeable and personable. They are warm and inviting. The furniture is varied, well made and stylish. I purchased a wonderful sofa and other accessories. Prices are resonable and surprisingly less than one would exprct. Take a look and see for yourself.
