I noticed recent reviews were not great. However, I will say the person helping us today was just fine. We were greeted immediately when we entered. Store was very clean and tidy (they just had a corporate visit from what I understand). When we checked out, the employee admitted it was a long day (we have no problem with this…employees are also humans) but she was friendly/easy to talk to and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience. She apologized because she hadn’t noticed us at the register right away. She also asked us to verify she had typed our email correctly. She offered to cut the tags off the hat we bought so my hubby could wear it immediately. All things that showed she was genuinely paying attention to our experience. Even if this isn’t how service has been lately, hopefully this is a trend of where they are heading as we enjoyed our experience today! I believe Hailey was the employee who checked us out - thanks Hailey!

Manager D.. sorry cant remember his full name. he had long dreads. was very helpful! he has a great attitude and made me feel like family. Thank you for this back to school season!

Went into champs on 8/7 during tax free weekend and just wanted to shout out your team that day. They all had great costumer service and were very helpful even with it being busy don’t feel neglected at all.

The staff here were very friendly and knowledgable.

Mel and Mel were great. I had no problem getting the shoes I ordered online found in another store. I dont even gotta come back to pick them up there gonna be delivered to my house. I will definitely be back for more stuff soon. Definitely go see Mel and Mel @ Champs . I was told my shoes were not in stock anywhere and they found them . So happy

Mia was a great associate even though I couldn't find my size in the shoe I wanted she exhausted all efforts to find out.
