Been to this store a few times for upgrades (I have three phones on my account for my family). Never had an issue and always treated respectfully. Wanted to give a special shout out to FRANCISO: Super knowledgeable, respectful, and customer service oriented. He saved me a lot of money on an upgrade and went out of his way to be helpful. Really appreciative and will continue to go to this store! TY!

Victor and Francisco helped me today while I was really going through it and needed immediate tech support for my elderly mom. They saw I was in distress and made sure to help me as quickly and efficiently as possible, explaining all options thoroughly, patiently, and with kindness. It was such a pleasant experience, and quite frankly one I've never had in a Verizon store before. I can't thank this team enough for helping me and making me laugh when the last thing I wanted to do was handle phone drama today. 10/10 would recommend this location!

Had an awesome experience upgrading to a s24 ultra with Ratu. Super easy, quick, and Ratu was incredibly knowledgeable. I enjoyed the experience so much that I dragged my technological illiterate father into the store the next day to upgrade hime to a iphone 15 pro max. Even the cases aren't egregious. Strongly recommend this store. Ask for Ratu if he's there.

'Elijah" was professional and knowledgeable; my phone was no longer working and he helped me and my husband without pressure, pick out new phones; he looked thru our Verizon bill and actually lowered our bill to a more manageable cost per month.
I recommend Verizon in Mohegan Lake NY because the quality of the staff is excellent and personable.

Excellent Customer Service and the manager, very professional, very helpful, very polite, gives different suggestions, and very knowledgeable. I highly reccomend this VERIZON. Great products.

Went to the store yesterday to upgrade 2 phones and add a line. I was immediately helped and didn’t have to wait. Larry was very helpful, broke the plans and cost down so it was easy to understand. Overall very positive experience, thanks!

Needed help changing our pin and Monique assisted us quickly and professionally. She ran through latest deals and updates which helped us to make an informed decision about a new phone and our existing plan. She was incredibly helpful and friendly which helped tremendously since we had been so frustrated by being on hold with Verizon for such a long time.

I never leave reviews but I have to the representative Corey was excellent. Went in 2 weeks ago with a charging issue for my iPhone. I thought for sure that i was going to need a new phone, and that is last thing I wanted at the moment. He looked inside the charging area and noticed it was clogged with debris. My phone does tend to get dirty with the work I do. He took the time to clean it out and made sure that the phone was charging properly before I left. He recommended I get a case that covers the charging port, so it doesn’t happen again. Picked up the otter one and so far the phone has been good. I highly recommend!!!

The level of customer service at this store was highly impressive. The people were friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I came here 2 years ago and got the exact opposite level of service. They may have not had the right employee roster before but they sure do now. There were 3 great people there that helped me get new phones for my wife and I while she was in ICU, Alero, Tashana, and the General Manager Joe. If you want great customer service and the deal to match ask for any one of these people and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Needed help switching plans and Victor Rubio made the process so easy. He was very patient and knowledgeable. His professionalism was much appreciated. If only every employee were like him!

Daniel was a great sales representative. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. In addition the store is well maintained and organized. I recommend this store to anyone in need of service.

The manager helped me get my phone while jumping thru hoops and making sure that I got it ! even tho the call center messed up big time ! They almost lost a long time loyal customer if it wasn't for him !

After going all over the place to different stores and calling Verizon customer service several times, I finally got my phone situation fixed. Avi and TJ made sure to get me the right phone plan and that I was all set with my phone payments. Avi spent over and hour helping me sort everything out and fixing what a third party retailer did with my account.

Juan was awesome! Got all my contacts, texts, photos and emails transferred over to my new phone. It took a long time because i had SO MUCH but Juan was the consumate professional and was extremely patient. Always a good experience in the #MoheganLake

I had to upgrade 2 phones and I was helped by the VZ Rep - Heather... OMG! She was Great! Very knowledgeable about my new phones, so she answered all my questions. She was very pleasant and very helpful. The service that I received from Heather went above and beyond!

James was great ..had my issue resolved in less than 10 minutes

Top reason why I switched from AT&T is because of the employees at this store. They know everything about what they sell and are polite, respectful and clearly want the customer to be satisfied. They took time to answer questions weeks after my purchase and made sure my my concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Thank you! AAA+++++

My wife and I are full-time RVer's, and decided that the carrier we were using just wasn't cutting it. From coast to coast and town to town, nothing but dropped calls. We brought in two phones and two tablets and switched them to Verizon.

Tyler Armstrong is good, fast, and left no stone unturned. There is no doubt Tyler can multitask. He transferred the data, files, pictures, etc on all four devices. It took some time, but we had tons of stuff to transfer.

We now have a very good signal, and haven't had a dropped call since. Take it from people who have traveled the Country - Verizon is the way to go, and Tyler is the one to get it done.
