Love this place ….bought my favourite red t shirt dress from here two years ago and it’s lasted so well the quality is so good… I made a beeline to revisit the store tonight with limited time and had the amazing help of an exceptional Gavin who helped me plough my way through the amazing choice of incredible jumpers and trouser shapes… Found some excellent pieces that I hope to love & treasure Kondo-style & I’ll always think of Gavin as I wear them…you are amazing Gavin…thank you with all my heart for making me feel beautiful & at home in these pieces!! 🙌🙌

My mom wanted to order a shirt from Everlane and was having trouble figuring out how to use pay pal. She called this store, and a kind and patient Everlane staff member walked her through the process step by step.

I had the most wonderful customer service with Stephanie. She was very helpful and patient with me, even she didn't find the size I need. But, she gave me the extra mile in customer service and I recommend to visit the shop and have the most unique customer service.

Let me start by saying that I have not once had a good experience in an Everlane store. I have been to all of them East and West Coast, the experience has always been cold, sterile, and insincere. I was absolutely shocked by the level of experience I recieved today in the Venice store from Arie. She was kind, warm and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. This woman should be leading the trainings for all of your stores. She was so great and deserves all the credit. The rest of the staff working today were also lovely, but Arie was a real shining star.

Thanks for providing world class customer service, Arie, I am looking forward to visiting Venice again soon.

The workers here were all SO friendly! I felt taken care of and respected, even with a long wait for the fitting room. They text you when your room is ready, which is such a great feature. Will definitely be coming back!

Great customer service, not a ton of options in the store, but they have a lot of "base models" and basic colors and they offer free express shipping if you order another color/style in store. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable!

Finally Everlane opens a store in LA! With a wide range of items, mostly from the « New Arrivals » page of their website. Women and men apparel and shoes. Staff is super nice as always and not too pushy about closing a sale.

I just wish there was a phone line so we could call in advance and check if an item is available in store before taking the drive

someone give the store associate Chanel a raise. we chatted briefly but she was so nice and bubbly and friendly, made me want to buy everything 😭☺

I spent maybe months trying to find a socially conscious pair of jeans, and when I finally decided on a pair from everlane, I was happy they had a brick and mortar near my studio. I had good help finding the right pair and have been extremely satisfied by the build and fit of the jeans.
