Dunkin'

The whole experience is always great at Dunkin in lake placid fl. The staff are always Soo helpful and knowledgeable about their drinks. I told the cashier I would like a caramel iced with whip cream not knowing the drink and she told me right away and it tasted awesome. Great environment. 5 out of 5 all day long!!!

People are very nice and the place is well maintained

HUGE shout out to MIRANDA! I’ll admit, I messed up my order and forgot to add milk! She came to the drive thru window sweet as can be and fixed my order with a smile. I’m so thankful for people/customer service like hers. Thank you again.

I went late in the afternoon, but was pleasantly surprised that they still had a wide variety of donuts. And they were still super fresh. A dozen was very reasonable. They also had a variety of sandwiches and beverages and appeared to be preparing hot food pn a grill. There is just something about fresh baked donuts. They have my business from now on!!!

Stopped here everyday when I was in town. Coffee was on point and delicious. Or through the app so it was always ready when I showed up.

Franky and the tall beautiful young lady at the register (sorry didn't get her name) have amazing customer service. I was in on 7/7/2020 around 8pm. They were both so sweet just like the donuts!

Great people working there.
We had the tomato pesto sandwich, minus the cheese, (we're vegan).

We were in Lake Placid and stopped at Dunkin Donuts. This beautiful young woman asked if she could help. I hadn't been in a Dunkin Donuts in a long time and didn't know what I wanted. She took the time to ask several questions to find out what we liked. She even made us a small sample! I have a new favorite drink called the Chocolate Stout because of this awesome young woman! THANK YOU SO much Jamariea McCray!! I will be going to Dunkin Donuts on a regular basis to get my new drink! I hope your company knows how lucky they are to have you as an employee!!!

This place has improved greatly in the past several months. The girl at the counter has my coffee going as soon as she sees me and everyone is so friendly. The donuts are fresh and tasty what a great way to start my mornings. I run on Dunkin everyday.

The crew made a custom tea for us and they hit it perfectly. This must be a newer location, because it is super clean and they keep it clean. We did a little work while we were there, and I have to give high props to the WiFi connection. Awesome DDs right there in Lake Placid!

They have never messed up my order my only issue would be if fact that they open at six on Sunday I got to be at work at five and I would like to get a coffee before then but that’s OK I go back when they open

Love Dunkin! Most of all I really like Lake Placid Dunkin. Great staff. Very friendly and go out of their way to take care of you. I been to others in the area and not always pleased.

So today I pulled into Dunkin 3 minutes before they closed 😬(I was one of those people) but they took my order aaaand it came out good lol...high five to Dunkin for saving the day. Not all heros wear capes👏🏼👍🏼👌🏼

My double toasted everything bagel with plain cream cheese was perfectly assembled. The counter person was friendly and cheerful.

So I don't normally Wright any reviews but in this case I'm very satisfied with my sandwich because eveytime I order from Avon park Dunkin’ donuts they seem to mess it up wrong sause wrong cheese no bacon bit in lake placid they got it right the 1st time very satisfied

I'm originally from New Hampshire and Dunkin Donuts made a terrible terrible mistake by doing away with the best donuts down here in Florida the butternut coconut and jelly sticks of fabulous can only get them up in New Hampshire now. Wake up Dunkin Donuts you're going to lose a lot of business from people who like their donuts Curry
