GC Grill House by Golden Corral

Sara, our server, was the best person ever. Ever. The rolls are so good, the housemate cinnamon butter was insanely good.Caesar salad was excellent. Tried gater bites for the first time. Not my favorite. But besides not being a gator fan, we will definitely go back.

We went with a group of 25 people to celebratey aunts birthday turning 85 years young. The service was excellent and the Tina & Allie did and incredible job from drinks, orders, meals and special requests. The manager Jeff checked in on our group and there was nothing but smiles and thanks for such a great food.

I had the fish fry special for 9.99 on Fridays and it was so good. It was lightly breaded and tasted as good as it looked. My husband ordered the sirloin tips with mushrooms and onions and he says it's the best, melt in your mouth dish he's tasted in a long while

Awesome All you can eat soup & salad bar. That's all we we've had here. Excellent broccoli cheddar, & clam chowder. Husband likes the chilli. They have a full bar & great looking menu. I hear the alligator is very good here. I'll try it next time we are in Lake Placid. Clean nice restaurant. Fantastic waitress every time we have been there.

I tried the breakfast buffet this morning for the first time and it was delicious. Great variety. I tried a little bit of everything and I have zero complaints. I even went back for seconds. The food has so much flavor. The atmosphere here is great and the staff is very welcoming and professional. Plus our waitress was on point. I can’t wait to come back.

EXCELLENT food...service was top rate..thank you Sarah ( and Destiny) for excellent service. Ribeye was the best I've had in a long time...shrimp was 'just caught' fresh. Will definitely return.

Food came out so fast and it was hot and cooked right! I will be eating here again!! Appetizers came out in less then 10 min and the rest of the food came around 30 min... I can't tell you how impressed I was how this place operates.

I took my family there for my granddaughter's birthday lunch and we had a great time. I had The salad bar and it was very good and my granddaughter had the hamburger which was huge. The server was awesome and very attentive. We told them it was my granddaughter's birthday and the wait staff came out singing and brought her a bowl of ice cream! It made her super happy! A great time was had by all and I will definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you to all the CG grill staff!

Came in later on a Sunday night and they did not disappoint AGAIN! 8 oz Sirloin was fabulous! Service was stellar as usual! Just love this establishment!

Great place to stop by during your travels! Steak cooked to perfection, Old Fashion's made perfectly... what else do you need 😂 oh yeah... the bread comes with cinnamon butter 🤤🤤 haha have a great time when you get here! I'm saving this as a go to spot when driving through town.

I have Celiac therefore, I must not consume gluten! We were a group of sixteen hungry seniors, we were excorted to our tables. I looked at the menu and thought "Oh, now way I'll be able to eat here!!?? I was wrong!! Our server put together a yummy meal of a great salad, and a perfectly cooked hamburger with a Gluten Free bun!! She was outstanding, I wish I had her name, so on the ball.

Salad bar was very fresh and tasty. I had grilled red snapper. It was delicious! Waitress was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Will go back!!

The Town of Lake Placid, one of the Most Friendliest Places in Florida! Every where you go, it's a great experience! The Alfredo and Garlic Bread satisfied my Grandson's taste buds, a very persnickety eater!!) He Loved it!

We were passing through and saw there was a golden corral grill house. We decided to see what it was about. Apparently on sunday mornings is a breakfast bar for less than $10 per person. They were cleaning this off as we got there right at the beginning of lunch. The do dinner menu only on sunday after the breakfast bar. You can do unlimited salad bar for like $10 or you can order an entree and then add the salad bar for like $4 which is unlimited rolls, salads, soups, pasta salad, cheeses, fruits, and sliced veggies. We both got steak type entrees with salad bar and waters and a lemonade and our bill was a little less than $50. Interesting place. The food was good and the servers were all very friendly. I would reccomend.

Wow.... Best dinner in awhile. Gator tail app was amazing, salad bar, both our dinners was spectacular. Our server Krystal was on top of every need during rush. Always had drinks refilled, knew when to put orders through so we could enjoy salad bar and app without rushing and delivered main course at perfect moment. Atmosphere was fantastic as this was our first time at a golden corral establishment that wasn't buffet. Steak house baby, don't skip this Gem!

NOT all you can eat. All you can eat saled bar only.. very good quality, great steak, $50 total.. not cheap but I was super happy with food and service ...

I love this place. The owners are such good people and do so much for others. The food is so good. The staff is always so nice.

1st, this is not your typical golden corral. This is not a buffet, and although I was disappointed by the lack of banana pudding😔. I love the changes. The salad bar is well equipped and has a plethora of soups, veggies, and cold salads (pasta/macaroni). The customer service is second to none, and the food you order comes piping hot, well seasoned, and well prepared.

Very busy and at the Veterans dinner! Thank you Golden Corral fir honoring our Veterans! Everyone seemed to be having a great time! Our server was great, had a smile on her face even though things were hectic!

Nice and clean place, with pick-your-own salad bar. We had the day-special ribs and it was really good. Pocket pinch - $10 to $15.

Great food at a very reasonable price - which is quite rare in this current economy! The portions are large too, so you won't be going home hungry. Went there with the family, ordered a bunch of different entrees, and we all loved them.
