McDonald's

As far as McDonald's go and what you'd expect, this particular store is pretty good. It's nice and clean, fast, usually gets the order right (90% of the time). Would be 5 star service except the order taker didn't know about the special deal plastered in front of the drive thru on a massive poster, and had to be told by the manager. Honestly, if that's my biggest concern, then you know this is a good McDonald's. 9/10, will come back again.

I'm being 100% for real, the employees here are hands down my absolute favorite! Always always polite, kind, funny, fast and efficient! When I'm running DoorDash orders, they're the fastest getting me in and out the door so I can turn trips over quick and they all have amazing personalities! Thank you guys for always taking care of me! Y'all are the best!

Good place to go when your in a hurry they normally have you in and out. Plus they're food is very good.

When I stop in there on a Thursday morning Miranda and her team are fantastic. The service is amazing she is on top of everything everybody is friendly and you just couldn't ask for a better morning crew to greet you.

We were in the area visiting friends and decided to stop in and have lunch. The guy at the casheir was super friendly and took our order. This was the first time in a great while where our order from a fast food place was complete and correct. While there we met the manager and took the time to complement her on her staff. Our food was done right and the fries were on point! Thanks!

McDonald's is, and has always been an American favorite fast food restaurant. McDonald's is worldwide, in China, Europe and other countries including the W.I. What is it that we don't know about McDonald's? Eating hamburgers and french 🍟with a milkshake or coke is the American tradition and then some more. Like Mama's Apple pie and home made ice cream! Try they're big breakfasts and more. Enjoy!!!

Always stopped here when we take the long way home! Clean, sufficient, not too busy!

Staff was friendly the lady taking my order she took the time to explain what morning specials they had to choose from that wasn't listed on the menu I was looking at at the speaker where you place the order. I felt genuinely welcome to the facility. The drive-thru staff handed out the orders correctly and quickly and the food was fresh and good.

Fast service in drive thru and food was perfect temperature

Fast service. Food was delicious. Line moved quick. One of the best fast food options in Lake Placid. Pretty consistently quick and good quality. Like any fast food they sometimes miss the mark. I have drive all the way home to find out they gave me the wrong items. But still giving 5 stars because it deserves it.

This is probably the friendliest & cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to. Our cashier was so sweet with my kids(6 & 3). They were very busy when we pulled in but they were efficient & quick with getting everyone their food.

Great customer service! There was a BOGO, however there was only o e item left. I asked if they had anymore, expecting to be told no. The associate to the to stop what he was doing and went in the back and found what I needed. All this with a smile and he even apologized for the item not being stocked. Made my day.

Fast & friendly staff.. they are getting pricy.. the quarter pounder combo starts at 10.69😯 Chili's hamburger combo with soup and beverage is 13.99

Very excellent and friendly service and again the tood looks exactly like the photos. The Smokehouse chicken and beef bacon sandwiches were particularly awesome. Very tastey, but get lots of napkins in advance because they're messy. Even though they now have that stupid automated screen to order from, at least they have real live people bring your food and to frequently ask how the food is.

We have never had a McDonald's experience where the employees come to the table and ask how everything is, plus to refill our coffee. They were very busy, the drive up full, yet were prompt, courteous, and the food good. They deserve a 10 out of 10.

Typical ice cream machine wasn't working. I don't know what the deal is with that. It's like like rolling the dice when trying to order ice cream. The food however was on point. Nuggets fries & cheeseburger was fresh and delicious. 5 stars to that.

Had a problem with the mobile app and didn’t get my order. After getting no help from the McDonald customer service line Lucas from the Lake Placid store reached out to me to correct the issue and was nothing but kind and courteous. They where able to resolve the problem and apologized for the difficulties I had with corporate and the mobile order. Lucas turned around a customer and went beyond, good customer service. Thank you.
