Leeland House Galveston

Wonderful restaurant, deco, atmosphere! The service is great, welcoming and pleasant exceptional for what we usually get on the island! Also fast and easy ! menu top notch, diverse, creative and most of all tasty and delicious. We had so many bad experiences with dining on the island that we just came here every day to dine and brunch ❤ most important brunch here daily until 3 pm. Brunch mushroom omelette and blueberry pancakes !!! Really good ! Everything is very tasty. Matcha latte unexpectedly delicious. The servers were all amazing, smiling and kind hearted ! Totally recommend it as a great spot and restaurant in Galveston 👏👏

Really Beautiful place to eat brunch. Me and my husband had a great time. The waiter was awesome. It is self seating with bar orders only. There was no complaints at all. She waited on us and made us feel welcomed.

We went to Leeland House before our Segway tour. It was recommended as it was walking distance from the Segway shop.

There was 6 of us in our party, we sat inside at a round table. My husband and I shared the Spinach Artichoke dip and Crispy Cauliflower. Both were delicious and hit the spot. All the food that we saw looked delicious!

if I could give ten stars I would. Chesney took us in when super busy and helped my handicapped mother in pay and child get situated while trying to deal with a 20 to getting seated. great multi tasker! atmosphere is amazing food too. love this place !!

Great brunch, quality food and well prepared! Smooth coffee cocktails. They even had Mexican cokes. It's an open atmosphere with warm aesthetics. The staff is friendly and well trained. The whole business is put together very well. I really wish it was not an order at the bar operation. It subtracts from the experience and quality they serve. The brunch burger was savory and had a sauce that complements it outstandingly well. This place is new but they came out swinging!

This is a really cool place! Truly unique! The food and drinks are simple and delicious! Can’t think of another place on the island that can compare to it. This little area is definitely the up and coming place. If you’re visiting or you’re a local check it out! You’ll definitely be glad you did.

This was our first time going there and the food was amazing . The brisket hash with a perfect poached on top was very delicious. The Strawberry basil margarita was so so good . The waitstaff was very friendly . The decor was very pretty and relaxed . We will be going back .

Came here for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed the drinks, food and atmosphere. We had the Honey Chicken Biscuit and the Leeland Benedict, both of which were fantastic. Big portions. The mimosa was large, and the coffee and Bloody Mary were fantastic. Casual, order at the bar style with contemporary design. There were other things we wanted to try like the Truffle fries but will definitely be coming back.

Bailey !!!!!!!! Her service with her amazing smile while suggesting drinks and patience was unbelievable. Omg. What a wow factor especially for Galveston. Modern meets rustic chic. The food was over the top just like the service and atmosphere. I normally don’t post reviews but this was well-deserved. I use to go to other places for brunch but this blew it out of the water by far. I can’t wait to come back and bring friends to show off this rare gem!

This place was great! We visited here on our way to the port (for a cruise) and as we walked in it was open seating. We enjoyed great service and even better food! Props to the bartenders for working so hard!

Love this business model. Zero wait times. Walk in order and have a seat. The atmosphere is very modern austin esquee. The soft lighting provides a glowing ambiance. Your libations are in front of you quickly. Your food will follow in the next 5 to 10 minutes. Fabulous drink menu. Not your average galveston menu. The staff is always professional and friendly. Tip your bartender well. They are your everything here.

Super cool, "vibey" spot. The inside of Leeland House is immaculate. Kind of feels like one is in a really chill, but ultra modern club or something. We had the Brussel sprouts and buffalo/sticky asian wings. They were wonderful. I believe it was the chef who came out and was chatting us up as well. Very friendly dude who made the experience that much better. Wish I'd gotten his name. Drinks were good as well!

Went for brunch and really enjoyed the food and ambience. It has self- seating and you place your order at the bar. The menu has lots of breakfast and lunch options - egg plates, bowls, salads, sandwiches, and pizzas. The food is good, the service is awesome - Bailey rocks - and the place is super cute!

This place was so good! I got the texan cuban & a strawberry basil rita. They were both excellent, the staff was very kind. Hubby got the honey butter chicken biscuit & it was delicious. We will definitely be back here. 👍

Wow! I’m a local who was so excited to see to see another brunch place on the island. I had high expectations and every one was met! Super friendly staff, great food, great atmosphere! If your dining alone they play Bob Ross on the tv which is nice. Only downside I saw was when you seat your self you are supposed to order at the bar which there were no signs for. Not sure if this is only when they are slow or all the time. Additionally the building can get quite loud if it’s packed so caution to people with hearing impairments. Other than that my experience was 10/10 I will be back!

My husband and I had such a great time on the patio! The food was amazing and much more than I expected! Service was great as well. I got the eggs Benedict and my husband got the biscuits and gravy!

It is rare especially in Galveston to find a place that delivers on design, service and food quality. Leeland house has one of the most beautiful restaurant spaces in Galveston. Bailey our bartender took care of every detail even recommending some of her favorite drinks. The espresso martini she made was the best one I have had in Galveston. She and the rest of the bar staff were friendly and attentive. The brunch was over-the-top with delicious food and large portions. I am local and without a doubt this is the best brunch in Galveston. Thank you Bailey for giving us such a wonderful experience! We will be back in the future to visit you.
