Jas & Fam Caribbean Flavor

It was a delicious ox tail and the beef patty is excellent. I hope to come back more often and try everything on the menu. The lady behind the counter was so nice and the Krazy Hype deal is awesome. I went and posted about it immediately on my social media.

Jas & Fam has been on my list for some while now, and I had the opportunity to try out some of their food through the TooGoodToGo app. Pleased to say, I'll be coming back to try more food in the future!

The Food: My order I picked up today was the "Jerk Chicken and rice". The Jerk chicken was cooked so nicely, nice amount of flavor and char, alongside with the yellow rice that was full of flavor. Portioned out very generously as well.

The Service: Service was great! The family owned restaurant had amazing people who were so friendly and attentive. I came to pick up my order and they were very welcoming, and got my order out to me in a timely manner.

The Atmosphere: Small little restaurant with little seating. They primarily cater, so I see people mostly ordering take-out orders. But, you can go up tot he front register and order anything you'd like.

Overall, a 5/5. Delicious food, full of flavor and portioned generously. Service and staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience here and I'll be back in the future to try other dishes.

This food is really good! It's authentic. I picked up some curry goat and stew chicken plus a couple patties. First of all, the beef patty was unbelievably delicious! The two meals were both amazing - the meat was so well-cooked and the rice absolutely perfect. This place does lunch specials and has a really good upcoming restaurant week deal in the works.

I'll be back for sure. Not only is the food great but the owner is so friendly and happy to explain the menu without being inpatient. The place is a little tucked away but don't let that put you off. The space is also being shared with a boba tea business.

My husband will probably want to try the jerk chicken next time to avoid the smaller bones he found in his stew chicken.

Jazz and Fam is a wonderful small business! We had the privilege of them catering our event. The food was excellent and made with love. Working with them to ensure allergens and dietary needs were met was a breeze. I appreciate their attention to details and professionalism. We look forward to working with them again!

Jas and Fam, a much needed taste of Jamaica! I had the "Island Bash", a delicious sandwich made of chunky pieces of jerk chicken, smothered in mild or spicy jerk sauce and topped with steamed vegetables. The best part is the warm soft and crispy cocobread which envelopes this sandwich. Yummm!

there were some Carribean spots nearby my place a while back, but their food wasn’t as rich in flavor and so when i ordered i was pretty pensive. But, i was very surprised how well complemented and tasty everything was. the food wasn’t too spicy or too salty, but it was flavorful enough to where i didn’t want to stop eating. This is a new Ethnic Treasure for Fairfax, i think.

This place is definitely a blessing in the neighborhood. Caribbean food is common in this part of town. One usually has to be in DC or Maryland for some good Caribean. I just tried the yellow rice with pumpkin seasoning and it was very delicious. The jerk wings, curry chicken and oxtails are my favorite. Also the coco bread is very good as well.

Today I try the wonderful place for the first time I order a Chicken Stew Jamaican style and when it comes to flavor it probably was the best meal I had this year, superb. I order coconut bread and I came fresh and warm out of the oven delicious. Also Ms. Lee took great care of me with her professional customer service. Best of luck and keep the good work.

The food was exceptional. I ordered a custom made soup ahead of time and Marie delivered. Atmosphere is clean and relaxed. Suggest calling ahead to ensure items are on the menu as they sell out fast (especially beef patties)

Found this diamond and stopped in. I ordered a beef patty and oxtails. Oh my goodness they were tender, juicy, and absolutely seasoned perfectly!!! The owner was so welcoming and delivered the BEST service and food that anyone who has a desire for Caribeen Food must go to this location. My next order will be the stewed and jerk chicken. DELICIOUSLY DELICIOUS!!!!!

Came for their opening ceremony as we were getting home from IAD after visiting St. John. Their Caribbean food was even better than the Caribbean food over there! We got to try a sample of most of their dishes. The oxtail and jerk chicken were heavenly! The staff is also warm and friendly! The owner is such a sweet woman.

The oxtail and curry is amazing. Authentic Jamaican cuisines! You won’t be disappointed.

We just ordered lunch for our office and hands down they have the best authentic Caribbean food we have had in Northern Virginia. Will be ordering again, and again, and again!
