By far the Starbucks in Sandy Springs. I drive an additional 5 minutes to go here over the other Roswell Rd location and the Hammond location.

The other 2 stores are a waste of money as they always mess up or take too long. The Abernathy location is amazing

Bad traffic but happy with cloud foam. Their customer service was awesome! My parter has consulting with some people in this Starbucks. So he drank three cups of coffee. They served ice water for him. Their kindness made our day. Thank you!

There is no other way to say this so here I go , ALLIE YOU ARE AN ALL-STAR !! Keep up the great enthusiasm , pureness and Joyful spirit and every customer you encounter day will be as bright as mine . Oh gosh where do I begin. I’m new to the area and I did not know the system was down so I waited 30 minutes for an order that I apparently never went through at the right location . Instead of blowing me off and letting me sit in disappointment Allie was very adamant in helping me stay encouraged . She reassured me that things happen and she was not going to let me leave that counter without my order . She checked my online order receipt and begin to prepare my order with no problem ! She also instantly put herself in my shoes letting me know she wouldn’t want to drive around to locate my order she checked mileage and everything lol . My day was all about panic up until I was able to experience great customer service and I want her to know that her being great affects more than just the order it can carry on and brighten anyone’s day. Keep it up Allie and Corporate SHE NEEDS A RAISE please lol . Amazing .

Great job to the morning staff (9-ish am). They were very busy but still my order was accurate. They really seemed to care that I was waiting a while, even though the waiting was my fault because I made a last-minute change to my order. My drink was really delicious, and well worth the short wait. I appreciate all the staff's hard work and caring service. Today's service was the best service I received at any Starbucks or any other cafe. Thank you all for making such a difference in my morning.

I am usually an avid starbucks hater but I had to give in and come on here to give props to Barista Aubrey!! I love everyone in this location! I visit practically every morning and my mobile order is always ready for me when I arrive and the staff is beyond sweet! My food is always hot, drinks are always made with that extra special touch and are made like no other location I've been too. If I could give ten stars I would!!!

I was feeling a grande pink drink and I received the best one I had in a while from the friendly batista Aubrey :) she was very helpful and I would absolutely come back again

They don’t have a drive through, which means they are only preparing orders for people in the store or online orders. I feel like my order comes out faster and the employees seem happier at this location

This Starbucks makes good drinks and is usually not out of any of my go-tos. It doesn’t have a drive thru and there is not much convenient quick parking to the location but there is tons of parking behind the building near Publix for when it gets really busy. The staff here is always friendly and kind and says thanks and hello to all the guests even if they are just picking up a mobile order and the mobile order drinks are always ready and waiting for you when you get there.

Love the staff here. Very personable, on top of making drinks quickly, great place to come in and work at. 🙏🏼

I have to say I’m an avid coffee drinker. I’m practically addicted to caffeine. Okay, I lied the truth is I’m addicted very much so. In all honesty I’m perfectly okay with it. I came to Starbucks today after a bad experience at a previous location because frankly I needed my coffee and I needed it bad. I walked in and I was enlightened by the kindest person I came across in a Starbucks. “KEN” was extremely compassionate, superb customer service, and all out genuine nature. I was blown away. I frequently visit Starbucks once per day and yes the people are all moderately nice. However “KEN” will be the very reason I go out of my way to get my coffee from him. Management should definitely take notice of the way he provides customer service. I enjoyed my experience a million times more today just by being acquainted with such phenomenal service from “KEN”. He deserves more than five stars!

I’ve had great experiences with this Starbucks location and frequented it regularly before moving. The people who work their are kind and helpful. I had particularly great experiences with Sky and Joanna. They were always friendly and warm.

This is our local Starbucks that we hit up on our way to work or out of town. We love the baristas that work there, and always get great friendly service. The wait has never been long for us, but we don't usually go during rush hour. The store itself is nice. It's recent update looks great and sleek.

My drinks are always made perfectly at this Starbucks, unlike many others in this area. Excellent customer service. The baristas are awesome, especially their night shift. They close a little earlier than I would like, but it is always an enjoyable experience that I will drive out of my way for!

This is by far the best Starbucks I've gone to. Every single member of the staff is extremely friendly and I have no idea how they remembered my name and order so quickly; always accurate too. These guys deserve praise!
