Away

This is my second purchase with away because i loved my first purchase! This time around i am giving away out for christmas!

The person helping me today was awesome. The service was very efficient and chill. If youre buying multiple luggages theres a potential discount of 45 dollars that could really sway you to picking up multiples. Good luck and enjoy!

Amazing customer service. Justin is a rock star. He was SUPER patient with me. He showed me all the options and talked with me through colors. They ended up not having the one I wanted in store but Justin was able to track it down at a different location. My suitcase was delivered to my house within the week and I love it!!!

We came into town and checked into our hotel. Getting ready for dinner we noticed the lock on our luggage was broken and we couldn’t open it. we stopped into the Away store in Venice and they fixed the broken lock in 10 minutes. Highly recommend the brand and this store. All the associates were extremely helpful and genuine.

I love love love my bigger carry-on and bring it with me everywhere I go. Recently the handle has been sticking when I try and push it back in. I brought it to the store on Abbot Kinney and Glen fixed it for me in no time at all! She was so quick, friendly and helpful. It couldn’t have been easier! Thanks for your help, Glen!

I was in the Venice store this afternoon and was so pleased by the experience. Tazae was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I went with the regular carry-on in blush, and the medium luggage in asphalt. I am very happy with my purchase, as I was unsure which size to but in both bags. Highly recommend this store and this brand.

A couple weeks ago, we flew from SF to LA and my girlfriend's medium aluminum Away suitcase was damaged by the airline. The housing of one of the wheels was entirely missing. They must have thrown it off the plane onto the tarmac before dragging it to baggage claim. We remembered that certain parts of our Away suitcases had a lifetime warranty so we called the Abbot Kinney store since its close to LAX airport. We explained the situation, they said it was covered and to come to the store for a replacement. We showed up an hour later and they gave my girlfriend a shiny, new suitcase. Talk about the perfect customer experience. Everyone at the Abbot Kinney store was so nice and apologetic (even though it wasn't their fault) and they stood behind their product and warranty 100%. Away is doing everything right and kudos to your Abbot Kinney employees !!!

Matt is the man! I called to see if they had an item in stock and Matt was able to take my order over the phone and have it delivered the same day to my house on Christmas Eve via Uber. SAY WHAT!?! He's over there in Venice Beach cranking out Christmas miracles! Not sure if Santa's real, but Matt sure is. This store is lucky to have him.

The store manager, Rashid was THE best during my visit to this store. As a repeat customer of Away luggage, Rashid offered various options and shared information about products to help me make an informed decision. His customer service was impeccable and I will gladly come back to this location because of him.

Regarding the luggage and other products offered by Away, this is my favorite brand by far. As a business traveler, I count on sturdy luggage to get me from point A to point B with ease and no hassle. I have eight cases in every size from Away and none have failed me. Through rain, snow, sunny days and treacherous ones, Away holds up. The wheels glide effortlessly and I can shop in every city I visit knowing I will have room in my case thanks to the compression! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽. I divorced Tumi some time ago and love Away and the vibrant colors they offer.

Awesome finally a store you can go into and get your hands on things. I will say abbot Kinney sucks for parking watch out tickets are 75$ that’s just wrong..
