Good afternoon. While on vacation in Pigeon Forge I made many visits to your store. It was always very clean, straight and the folks were EXCELLENT. When I'm in the area again I ll be a regular customer. Please don't change the people around for you have the best. The person most responsible for my enjoyable experience there was Danielle Dotson. Open 24 hours, so if you are departing Pigeon Forge early in the morning on a Sunday, you'll have an option to get gas on your way out of town. Many other gas stations are closed at 5 AM.

It's still a good store. I just wish it was still open 24 hours a day.

I sometimes get gas here.

There are 2 Fastops right next to each other. This review is for the Shell station. It's the most expensive gas station and watch which pump you go to, they're not all regular gas. I am done going here.

This store has the absolutely rudest employees I have ever encountered. I have been buying cigarettes from this store for years and never been asked to scan my ID. When I said well you need to let all your employees know this they informed me that they were going to start selling wine. Bull. You already sell beer. I feel singled out because I know people who shop there and never been asked to scan id. The two women were extremely rude and the guy tried to give me the wrong thing. I was then told that I could have not thrown the cigarettes at him when all I did was push them back to him. I will never shop there again. I'm a manager myself and they definitely need some serious help.

The guy in the morning between 5 and 6 am refuses to check people out while his beer order is coming in. This has happened the past 2 visits in a row! His response when I asked for him to check us out was "If you don't like it, call my boss." I would estimate several hundred dollars worth of products not purchased as every one in line kept leaving. Horrible service! I'll never be back. There is a Casey's up the road that is open at this time of morning.

Walked in to get drinks. A tall fat guy and a red haired lady with only 2 front teeth. Felt the need to be rude, aswell as ignoring customers so they can continue small talk. Hateful and clearly did not want to be there. Why are they employees then. Terrible customer service and bad attitude. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place for all your needs!

Have been in everyday have been out of 32 oz cups for soft drinks for a week still out used another 32 oz cup like they told me to ALL WEEK. Went in today did the same thing and charged me for a 42 oz. When asked about it he told me he was charging me for the cup. it wasn't a Styrofoam cup. Would not listen when I tried to explain what all the other workers told me to do. And yelled at me. Been a customer there for years. Won't be back

I went into Fastop less than a half hour ago. There were 6 guys coming in behind me. Not a one of them had a mask on. There were 2 other people in there together and neither of them had masks on. So when I checked out, I said to the guy at the cash register that there were now like 8-10 people in here with no masks on. He said to me that he knew it is the law, but they dont really enforce it there. Ridiculous! Only me and the 2 workers had masks on. I will be going to Pilot from now on where they are enforcing the LAW.

Bathrooms are the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever been in. My wife came out of ladies room and said the same thing. Dirty and Nasty! I never write bad reviews but my God clean the bathrooms once in a while !

Went today, and tried to put $10 on a pump, and the guy made a joke about “we have no gas Biden took it all.” And proceeded to ring my stuff up & not add my gas.

Leave politics at home, it’s the ignorance for me.

Don't ever get anything to eat here. I got food poisoning from there deli sandwiches. Was sick for 4 days. Still having some issues keeping regular food down now. I ended up in UT Hospital from it being so bad.

I drove 9 hours this day and I forgot to use my card instead of asking me if I had one or wanted to get one she just overcharged me for everything and refused to fix it. will not return.

Women's bathroom was disgusting, the first stall was destroyed. Let the clerk know and she could've cared less.

Improper training. Employees do not know how to use mobile coupons so I lost time on mine because of them. Sign beside door says they take them so it's false advertising.

The restrooms looked like they have not been cleaned in a month.
