The food is simply amazing here! And it's a down to earth home grown little restaurant... they have the best green chilies and green chili sauce... It goes great on anything and everything on their menu... I would have given it 10 stars but this will only let me give 5... So I'll give it 5 huge brilliant stars!!! If you ever get a chance to go through or to stop and visit Mountainair, New Mexico... PLEASE... PLEASE... Make sure that Jerry's Ancient Cities Restaurant is one of your first stops... it's right there on highway 60 the main road through town... They open at 7am and close at 8pm, and the food is amazing whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Tasty breakfast! The real thing - eggs, patty (or link if you want) sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy (hot gravy!). A no frills setting, but good coffee and very good food. Bet it’s good for lunch, too.

We ate here with 3 kids and they loved it. Prices were great. Chips and salsa really good. We had burgers, taco plate, and everything was really fresh and tasty.

I stop to eat here every time I'm in town. The stuffed sopapillas is excellent. Nice home town kind of restaurant. Nice people always kind to the wayward stranger.

Food is excellent and the staff is great. You get a lot of food for your money. They never try to rush you out, either. Highly recommend this place.

Whenever we head to the Manzanos, we try to stop for a delicious meal at Jerry's. Serving both American & New Mexican food, it's always freshly made and tastes great.
