Needed a swimsuit because we forgot one. She went out of her way to get some from her closed store next door. And they were cheap. Very impressed with her customer service!

Rather uninspiring souvenir shop on Canal Park Drive.

This place was the worst. My daughter spent a ton of time picking the perfect anklets and got up to the register only to be told that the prices on the tags (of ALL the jewelry) weren’t “their” prices. Instead, they were each almost double the price their stickers were labeled! I complained and she told me it’s not her problem.

I was visiting the store next to this one, then decided to check this one out. I asked where something was and she pointed them out. Then she asked if my sunglasses were prescription,because I didn't see something that was right next to me. I said yes they are prescription.. I ended up buying two things because there was a 10 dollar min needed for card purchases. Yeah, I think I'll skip this store next time..

I bought a pair of sweatpants but had to return them after getting home 3 hrs away. I sent them back with the receipt, money for return postage and information about the size needed. Heard nothing in 2 months. Tried calling the number-no one answered. Sent another request for exchange-heard nothing in 2 more months. DON’T SHOP THERE. Would gove a zero but not an option

Took a trip to Duluth today. To end our day we decided to check out some of the shops. I was with my children, my dad, my brother, and my fiancé. My fiancé and brother went to check out their own shops, so my fiancé handed me some money before leaving. I was then followed to shops down, was being watched as I shopped, then stopped as I was trying to leave the store. I was then asked if I “took something that wasn’t mine”. She said she wasn’t “accusing” me, just making sure I didn’t take anything that wasn’t mine. I then told her to search me, she said no while staring at her phone. She said she “seen someone hand me something”. Won’t be back to those shops again. While I could’ve handled the situation better as I said a few choice words, I should not have been accused in the first place ESPECIALLY in front of my children. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.
