A.J. and Haley were wonderful! They did a tremendous job on my plantation blinds! The wood colors matched my window trim perfect! What a transformation these blinds made. They came in and immediately started the process. They were very professional and knowledgable with whatever question I asked them. They were very meticulous in making sure the blinds went up just perfectly. In 2 1/2 hours, my living room and kitchen was transformed to a beautiful new space! BLINDS DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! I would definitely recommend Blind Wizard to everyone!

I am the office manager for our company and two employees were struggling with the morning/afternoon sun making their offices hot and affecting their ability to see their computer screens. I was asked to order blinds and after doing a quick google search, I was quickly overwhelmed by the plethora of options. Since we needed a specialty size this only made the process more difficult. Then I remembered all the times I drove by Blind Wizard. I called to get a quote and Haylee made an appointment to stop by. She was friendly, professional, and not at all pushy. She made the process extremely easy and stress free. The two people who handled the installation were also very nice and professional and most of all FAST. The two blinds were hung in under 30 minutes. The blinds were exactly what we needed and our two employees couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Blind Wizard and would definitely use them again. Thank you for making my job so much easier!

Haylee and Josh were the two personnel that my husband and I dealt with directly. Haylee came to us and did all the measurements and showed us all the samples and Josh was our installer. Haylee was also here for the installation. Both of these employees were great. They did nothing without asking our opinions first. Installation, I believe, went smoothly. They are good people. Haylee came to my house with her "kit" to help me select the correct color. She measured perfectly as the shutters that were installed fit perfectly. A.J. installed them on Wednesday of this week, and I absolutely love them.

I was very pleased with the support I received in solving my outdoor privacy shade on my porch. I get high winds and the blind that they were able to install gives me privacy and holds up to the wind. They were very professional and did a fine job.

We are so pleased that Steve with Blind Wizard repaired our cellular shade! It is one of several shades in a room, so replacing all was going to be expensive. Steve replaced the shade's strings.

I am very disappointed with my service from Blind Wizard. Hailey was sent to measure our windows. We live in an older house with very tall and odd-sized windows. Hailey measured our windows and stated that there was not enough depth in the window for inside mount, therefore, we would need to have outside mounted blinds. She was here for about 20 minutes and measured 18 windows. We were ok with that and went to Lowes to purchase blinds with the measurements that she provided them. About a month and a half later, a young man was sent out to install our blinds. He installed the downstairs blinds with no issue, but when he went upstairs, there was only 1 blind out of 13 that would fit correctly. He called Hailey, who promptly stated that her measurements were correct and it was not her problem. He called his boss about installing them with only one screw and was told he could. One blind would not fit at all. This young man took it back to Lowes to have it re-cut. He also told us that our blinds should have been installed on the inside mount- that there was plenty of depth for that. So, while we do have blinds, we are disappointed. They do not fit correctly and let in a lot of light. they are supposed to be room darkening, and would be if the windows had been measured correctly so that they could be cut directly. We wasted a lot of money. The young man who came to install the blinds was very nice, professional and tried to help, but other than that, I feel that Blind Wizard should been more concerned about what was obviously their error. Save yourself the hassle and money and go somewhere else.

Scheduled us out two weeks, then bumped our appointment two weeks again without even calling. Made arrangements to be available for measurements and nothing.
