Alex E. was absolutely amazing with his service!! He was supper informative, patient, and went above and beyond to give us superior service and make sure we had everything we need! Can't say enough about the whole team's exceptional service!

I went to a different Verizon store and they couldn't figure out how to activate my phone's SIM card. Joey at this Verizon location got it figured out in less than 10 minutes. He clearly and kindly explained what went wrong at the other store and was not condescending. Thanks for the great experience, we will for sure be back!

Jaxon gave us very good explanations. He was very knowledgeable about Verizon’s products & the current sales. He was thorough in explaining all of our options that met our needs while also saving us money.

We were very lucky to have had Austin Foster for our tech today. He’s brilliant, figured out difficult issues that 2 techs before him could not , and he is the perfect example for why we stay with Verizon for our cell phone needs. Thank you Austin!!!

David and Brando at the Duluth store were super helpful and patient with us. They took the time to explain how adding lines and upgrading devices would impact our monthly bill. David was especially pleasant to work with. He had a punchy sense of humor and made the experience of spending our money with him fun. Great service. Very knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

Brandon is a phenomenal sales associate. He juggled my new phone set up, and one other, answered the phone and spoke to every person who came in needing assistance in a calm friendly voice. No one got angry because he was the only person working. He did his job efficiently and kindly. I was super impressed. Great job!

There was only one guy working (believe he’s the manager of this store) and there was about 4-5 people in line in front of me on a Tuesday. He addressed us all when there was an appropriate time to and let us know that he’d be with us when her could. Very polite. He had a moment to try to address our problems to see if anything was a quick fix. I needed up be there for about 4 hours in total. But all of it was such a nice experience. I would gladly go back, no matter how much time I had to spend there.

Brandon was very helpful in getting me to the bottom of my situation. He knew I was on a timeline and worked with me to get out and about in a timely fashion. I am here from our of state, with a sick family member. He helped me to relax and gave me confidence to know that my phone situation is fixed.

David was a great help for both my new phone needs and my family’s plan needs! Also, went home with a new Black Friday promo iPad and watch! Had no idea we were getting those and saving money due to being on an old plan! Awesome service!

David was staffing the store solo on a really busy day. He maintained a positive attitude the whole time while doing some serious multi-tasking. Took care of our needs. I hope management takes good care of that guy, he deserves it.

Needed a new phone. Went to this store because it was smaller and easier to get into and talk to the sales team. I had spoke with one of the associates on the phone earlier but, he was out. Another associate greeted me and helped me through the process. Morgan made it very easy to compare phones and get me the right one.

Got my new 5G phone and the transfer went so much faster and complete than I the past. Great service and explanation of app of the new services and my bill. Good job?

Morgan was amazing. I needed to transfer data from a 3G flip phone that Verizon decommissioned earlier than the date I had been told to a new iPhone. Morgan transferred my couple hundred contacts one at a time, and then worked the following day to figure out how to transfer my photos that two other people had told me was not possible. Again, the transfer had to be done one at a time (about 150 photos) but--success! Hooray.

Alex was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Not pushy, which I liked. He was very efficient and thorough, and I felt he was honest with me. This location continues to be a place where I like to do business. 5 stars!

Working with Ryan was a pleasure! They were going through a store remodel. With everything going on he was still able to set me up with a new phone and accessories. Unfortunately the activation on the new iPhone was being a pain. Apple was having trouble nationwide. When I went in the next day to get it resolved he promptly got to the bottom of it and sent me on my way. Overall great service by Ryan, the store manager, and a sweet new look at his store. Thanks Ryan I’ll definitely be back!
