It was my first time in, and I am in LOVE. I overheard someone order a lavender matcha and decided I needed that in my life. I ordered one with nonfat milk and monkfruit sweetener, and it is the BEST version of this I've ever had. My husband ordered his standard blended dirty Chai, and it is also quite delicious for the discerning Chai connoisseur. Highly recommend this place!!

Not only is this the best Savaya, but this is also the best coffee shop in the entire city of Tucson!

From the views of the Catalinas next to the outdoor fireplace, to the cozy café vibes inside, Savaya D’oro is the quintessential coffee spot!

The manager’s name is Sage and he remembers our complex order every single time we stop in for coffee! As a coffee connoisseur I would honestly rate Sage as the best barista in all of Tucson! A genuine coffee artist! In fact, EVERY barista at this location is an amazing coffee artist!! Michelle can carry on a coffee shop conversation and make your coffee to perfection at the same exact time! And Sean is the resident coffee scientist!!This place feels like a scene out of Frasier every time!

The beans are constantly rotating and are always roasted to perfection and NEVER BURNT!

SAVAYA D’ORO 4 LIFE!!!

To be a cafe hermit requires moderate discrimination on where to park the rear-end for an extended period of time. "Is the seating ergonomic? Is the setting conducive for both work and pleasure? Is the music relaxing? Is the mud worth the price?"

Fortunately, this gem of a location rings all bells quite nicely.

The interior is compact, yet very tranquil, with a rustic southwestern motif. Lowly lit to foster a calm mood. The espresso machines can be rather loud, so I appreciated the ambient jazz music all the more. The drinks are neither dazzling nor underwhelming. Outside on the patio is a lovely view of the mountains-- untainted by the traffic below it. Considering the venue's smaller size, its saving grace is the fewer number of visitors who are there at any given time. Would there be more than a handful, then the charm of this soothing aesthetic would likely shift to something less than comfortable. But I find that to be typical of most Savayas. The cozy feel is what makes it appealing.

The one and only bummer is that it closes so early.

Hands down, this is up in the top 3 of my favorite cafes of the Tucson area. Unfortunately, there arent very many around of this caliber. That's something this city should work on, IMO.

Great location, which makes for an enjoyable experience coupled with delicious coffee and an abundance of unique options. I opted for the science coffee cold brew & one of the pastries. The science coffee cold brew was very strong with low acidity, which I enjoy. Would recommend this place and will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful location with genuinely kind staff. I love that my teenager (16yrs) asks to drop in and get coffee together here before school. Incredible coffee and customer service!!

Friendly baristas. Freshly roasted beans which they will grind for you. Nice ambiance. Not a lot of parking but also not busy.

Nice patio. The location is small and fairly hidden - we both got lost getting there LOL. Once we found it, the coffee was great. The menu has plenty of options and every plant-based milk alternative you might want.

We enjoyed the view on a nice spring day. One of the few coffee venues in Oro that's not a chain :) well done.

I love exploring little off main stream coffee shops and am not disappointed that I gave this place a try. I usually ask for them to pick my drink and to surprise me to see the creativity and hopes of getting something I have never had before (can be hard with coffee). Well I was very pleased about my off menu drink that tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry 🍓 😋. This drink coupled with the decor will have me driving 30mins to experience it again. Maybe they can surprise me with another creation. I can get coffee anywhere so I go to support small business, enjoy unique decor and atmosphere, and creative minds of amazing staff.

Coffee with gorgeous views of the Catalina mountains! This is an adorable coffee shop with locally roasted beans. You can get a mean cappuccino or latte with alternative milks available. The barista was very friendly and made our drinks with care. Great place to stop and recharge with breathtaking views and a great cup of joe!

Traveling for work and picked this place on the hunt for a high-quality local coffee. Honey lavender iced latte was excellent! I was impressed. Not many pastry items by time I arrived at 9:45 am, though

We absolutely loved the patio and the view. I had an iced Honey Bee Latte and it was great. My husband had a Chai which he thought was good.

Cute little place. Inconspicuous spot, tucked into an apartment complex. Organic, fair trade coffee. Not as noisy and obnoxious as sitting in Starbucks coffee shops. Much more personal and community focused.

Absolutely love coming to this friendly place. The coffee and milk are organic — which is awesome! Great mountain views when sitting outside (as well as a fireplace), and a fabulous mural on the wall inside.

Best coffee in Tucson. Each location is charming in it's own way. I miss the Dove mountain location.

We were looking to try something other than Starbucks and Savaya didn’t disappoint. My husband and I ordered the science cold brew with vanilla syrup and a splash of cream. The cold brew was strong and smooth and the barista made the drinks super quick. We will definitely be back again!

Very nice small coffee shop with both indoor and outdoor seating. Not a huge variety of coffee beans available at any one time, but types rotate so always a chance to try something new. Staff is knowledgeable and always very helpful.

The Savaya chain was started and his owned by a gentleman whose family used to be the coffee purveyors to the Ottoman empire sultan. The highest quality and not in- expensive. This location is very good because it's kind of hidden it's in an apartment complex right off of Oracle.
