Starbucks

This place has been relocated from across the street. The new place is larger and is one of the larger Starbucks I have ever been to. It's probably about 2000 square feet. There are two patios. Great views of Mount lemon.

Our drinks were great. They even remembered to cut our blueberry scone in half after heating it up. Yummy

FRANK is the guy. He brought the good energy 11/25/23. Give the man a raise. He was making the order pick up area fun and telling people was going on.

So I usually don't come here nor do reviews but when I ordered for my mom and I, Frank helped out and did a phenomenal job even words can't describe it. His drive and acknowledgment was sky high and his communication was on point. Protect that man at all cost!!

I don’t trust Starbucks. I was only coming because of the atmosphere and wifi. My faith in Starbucks workers (across all locations) has been restored a bit because of Emily. I had a complaint, asked for my drink to be remade, and she understood and remade it. She had no air of frustration like most service workers have nowadays. I really appreciate how she handled the situation. Please keep hiring people like her.

Okay, it's a big lobby with lots of spaced seats. Had a great time with a beautiful girl-doodle-dog! I go back to research and look up to see way too many older men sitting way too close. Why can't some of the little kids sit by me? 🤣🤣

This is a great Starbucks location for those living in Oro Valley. It also has a drive-through. The interior is very spacious. They have two rooms as well as exterior seating. The employees are a little disorganized though because they messed up our order three times already. However, I give it five stars because this store gets very busy during the day and it just opened so they probably still need to get used to it. My mango dragonfruit refresher was on point.

This is a very largest Starbucks. It has a second floor. One of the customers visiting this store when I was there commented to me that it is the largest Starbucks in terms of physical size in the United States. I never verified that information, nor would I. the service is slow each time I visit. It seems to me that the drive through gets the attention and priority from the workers. It is not a bad place to have a cup of coffee. I found the bathrooms were not cleaned each time I have visited there.

This Starbucks location is the best! Everyone is so kind. Everything is so efficient. I’ve been going here for about two years now and have had no bad experiences. Plus, I love how they support Pima Animal Care Center by allowing the patrons to donate pet items the shelter desperately needs

This is a very nice Starbucks location. After a hot sweaty job I dropped in for a Pineapple refresher, and enjoyed it while relaxing in the nice cool seating area at the East end. A great beverage and a relaxing, cool place to enjoy it? This earns this location the 'Slippery Pete Seal of Approval"

One of the busiest stores but they get me through quickly, get my order right, and make the effort to get to know me!

Tall (small) is same price as the Grande (medium). Buyer beware if you're trying to be frugal at this one. They won't let you know unless you inquire :( however, it is conveniently located for me

The staff are always so wonderful. They always put a smile on our faces. This is a popular Starbucks and often a line. But, it isn't as long a wait as it looks, and is well worth it. Great coffee, food, and staff.

We all know that Starbucks doesn't have the very best coffee BUT it is above average and the quality is consistent throughout their franchise. HOWEVER, what really sets Starbucks apart from the competition, is the quality of their partners! It seems like no matter where I travel, I feel like I am at my hometown store.

Love the early morning staff. Consistently friendly and efficient. And they make sure my dog always gets his pup cup!

Mali was my server. I've never had a better experience at any Starbucks before. She was informative, friendly, and was cute too. Trust me this place is great. Even if you don't do Starbucks, it's worth it to meet her!!! And bonus to get coffee :)

A very nice, and clean Starbucks. This coffee shop has a lot of room for single person or groups. I think this Starbucks is the best in Tucson. I see a lot of complains but I had good experience over here. I understand the employees are new so they might did wrong orders or could not handle a lot customers at the same time. Give them more time, people.

I was accidentally over priced for one of my drinks today and didn't realize it until later on in the day. I called the manager and explained what had happened and he was super nice and understanding! He gave me another drink on the house and a gift card for the remaining money I was over charged with! Thank you so much Sam and Staff!!!
