It is such a relief to actually find people who will take the time to listen and understand your situation to find what's best. I went in there with my mom to find a wheelchair that fit her a little better. I wish I had gotten their names to mention in a review, but they went way above and beyond to help us. They gentlemen was very knowledgeable and the woman had so much helpful information and I could tell that she truly cared. She was amazing! I wish I had found them earlier due to how helpful they were. I would recommend this place 100 times over...

I love this place! When my husband’s sciatic nerve became inflamed and he needed a scooter to get around the older gentleman was so helpful to us. He even offered to paint the scooter any color we wanted which I thought was very nice of him. This place goes above and beyond for their customers. I wish I could give more stars!

John’s customer service is excellent. I definitely would give him more than 5 stars if I could. He is so accommodating and pleasant to work with. He truly cares for his customers and has demonstrated to me many times his service is top notch. I highly recommend Freedom Knee Scooter and equipment for all your medical needs.

What a wonderful experience! My wife needed surgery. It was our first time dealing with that, so we hadn't thought of an assisted sleeping situation until a few days before the surgery when a family member inquired as to whether we had a good recliner. We didn't, and it was too late to get one. Another family member suggested renting a hospital bed, and that led us to Freedom Knee Scooter. John was extremely kind and understanding of our situation. The price for the bed rental was more than fair, and he came from quite a ways to drop it off and set it up. And when it was time to return it, John drove all the way out again to break it down and pick it up. Absolutely stellar experience. You will not go wrong dealing with this company. You're an absolute credit to your profession, John!

Highly recommend!! I called Freedom about getting a lift recliner or hospital bed to rent while my husband recuperates from double total knee replacement. John was extremely helpful and upfront about what would best suit my husband’s needs. He even went back to the shop after hours on a Saturday to complete the transaction and deliver the bed that afternoon. He was professional, kind, and courteous, especially considering there were several other people and things happening all at once when he arrived. Don’t even know if his price was the lowest (but I’m guessing it probably is) for the bed rental, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else should the need arise again for anyone in my family.

I'm so glad I found Freedom Knee Scooter and I cannot say enough good things about them! At first I rented a wheelchair because I didn't think I would need one for very long. Well, when I realized that I would need it longer I asked about purchasing it! I am so glad I asked. John converted my rental to a purchase! I now own a very nice, high quality wheelchair! It is perfect for me and at a fraction of the price other places quoted me! (The other places I called have inflated prices which make purchasing one impossible for many.) Thank you John at Freedom Knee Scooter. Your level of customer service is second to none!

John is AMAZING VERY AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY HELPFUL WITH LOADING EQUIPMENT IN & OUT. Recently we rented scooter again and I can't say how professional kind caring and giving he is. I strongly recommend his company. You can't go wrong with John.

This place is wonderful. They went above and beyond to get my mom’s mobility scooter up and running again. They really know their stuff! John was beyond sweet. He made sure to explain what needed to be done and the price was great. I would definitely recommend Freedom to anyone. I came to Freedom Knee Scooter & Equipment needing a wheelchair for my ankle surgery I was having in a few day's and John went above and beyond to make sure I left there with one.
Thank you John you are truly an amazing person.

The disabled community needs more passionate people like John on our side. Knowing I was unlikely to be a paying customer John still went out of his way to help ease my panic attack. The company I called before this one completely blew me off. John took the time to answer my concerns, and then after our call he went the extra mile of looking up additional information about my scooter on his own. He called me back with the solution, but still offered to look at my scooter if I needed it. Mind you his company doesn’t work with my scooter.

Call this store because I wanted my husband discharged from a “rehab” but doctor wouldn’t sign off until hospital bed and hoyer lift were at my house, in 3 days. I have the resources to buy... John was absolutely amazing!!! He had what I needed in stock and taught us how to use, take apart - and put back together the equipment. He was patient and listened to my needs! First time in days that I felt like someone cared! Thank you for being there, I will always come from Atwater with all of my medical needs!!!

John and Chris have been the greatest!!! We had to rent a wheelchair while waiting for Workman's Comp to get one out for my husband that had a broken ankle. I had to keep extending out the contract and they were so polite and patient.

Best people ever! They helped me with all my questions and finding the right equipment for after surgery care. I can’t say enough good things about them!

I urgently needed a wheel chair on a late Saturday afternoon, they were able to take me in late and also had the best price for rental. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Anything I need just ask he will find it for you. I needed some liners for adult pull ups could not find them anywhere. They found them and keep them in stock for me. This is my go to store
