These four were relentless on making me happy so they sent me home with an even swap for a much better quality blower and me extremely happy. Thank you guys. The owner should be proud of his team. I purchased a grill that Vision Ace assembled/delivered within 1 day (free). After having problems getting it to light, Matt came (1 day later) and determined the tank wasn't connected correctly (my error), he corrected and tested. I greatly appreciate the warm friendly customer service, they truly care.

This is my last resort when it comes to finding hardwares, they always have everything I need and it’s quite a distance . I usually go by home depot because it’s only 2 miles from me and when they don’t have what I need I’ll go to Lowe’s and when it also doesn’t have what I need then I go to this store aces hardware. I wish it’s closer to me then I would go to this first but hat off to this place! Friendly employees always delightful to help one another. They have plenty stainless steel hardwares for your boats!!

We went to three different places looking for propane fill and were so happy to learn that Vision Ace Hardware fills propane tanks! Excellent!

Went in for a battery for my car keys. One of the best employee I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He changed the battery for me. Then I had questions about a couple other things (insects and cane toads). Led me to buy the right products. Although they did not have anything for the toads, he directed me to the right place. THANK YOU CRAIG!!

This ACE location is well stocked. Sometimes you can find beautiful and unique plants. If you enjoy plants, this location might have exactly what you are looking for. Their plants are competitively priced and hardy. The associates are always welcoming and willing to assist.

Clean, well staffed, and well skilled. This team actually knows about what you're doing. Ask for John - he knows everything! And as an aside, really fair prices for car key cloning.

While Lowe’s and Home Depot have everything, Ace Hardware’s Store in Tarpon Springs has the best customer service by far! Upon walking in, Associate John welcomes me in, helped me find what I was looking for and got me back out the door quick. Perfect Customer Service. I will be back.

I recently had one of those experiances where you order online and get wrong parts or missing parts. I had both issues. After checking online Ace Hardware in Tarpon had close to what I needed I met Chad and he checked for what I needed but it was a non standard size and that they didnt have. I asked if he could take a longer threaded rod and cut it into 8 pieces the length I needed. He said sure, but I need until tomorrow. He had the other missing parts too. Total life saver! It was a huge relief! A couple weeks before I went to Lowes looking for a quart of stain in Ipswitch Pine color. They didnt have it and it looked like they weren't going to carry it anymore. I went to Ace in Tarpon and sure enough they had exactly what I needed. Big box stores are great for certain things, but when you need that special something you can usually count on Ace Hardware for that! Great store and great people!
