Absolutely da best T-Mobile we’ve ever been to. Ms. Beverly is extremely friendly and extraordinarily helpful.

The store is clean and bright with a bench if there is a wait. But when we were there without appointment we were greeted and helped within a few minutes.

Very thankful to have Ms.Beverly’s patience while processing our order since the T-Mobile site requires her to do multiple entries.

This is my favorite T-Mobile store ever. Tes is Beyond phenomenal. Her customer service is the absolute best that I’ve ever had. And the store is always so neat and tidy. Ms. Tes Deserves a raise and any top employee accolades

Big BIG shout to Bev! She is super knowledgeable, great customer service and patience. She was helping us and others at the same time. She was doing multiple things at a time and she kept smiling and greeting customers as they came in. Absolutely 💯 the best service ever! Thank you Bev!

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile because I was tired of dealing with Verizon. Plus, Verizon’s cost for one line was exorbitant. I’m very happy with the amount I’m paying for T-Mobile. The two women I spoke with when I went in were very helpful. Jarayvion set up everything for me. He was very pleasant, and helpful. He was patient with me, I had a lot of questions, and he had me up and switched over in no time. I went back to the store the next day with a problem with my phone, not caused by T-Mobil, and Michael was also very pleasant, and he had my phone working properly in less than 10 minutes.

I can honestly say that Levi Wooten has hands down given our family the best service we've EVER received anywhere! He was very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and always followed up with our every concern. Even when we couldn't get anywhere with customer service we could call Levi and he would readily assist us. Thank you Levi for being such a wonderful helpful person.

The customer service provided to my family and I was very reassuring that we made the right decison in switching to TMobile. The employee that went above and beyond was Levi Wooten. He followed up with me daily to ensure our service was going smoothly and to answer any questions we may have. I appreciate his willingness to explain things in detail and help in selecting the phone/plan that works best for us. I would definitely recommend this location as well as Levi to help get things done!

This is by far the best T-Mobile in town! Zac, TK and Ian are awesome! I was able to upgrade my lines with ease, transfer all information from the old to the new quickly and had a great time in the store! I just might be back for the home internet switch.

If I could give this T-mobile store 1000 stars I would. They hire the BEST staff ever with STELLAR customer service. But let me give a SPECIAL recognition to Bev and Michael! I took my phone in there on 3/22/2023 because it caught a BAD virus. I walked into the store and was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Michael (who was currently with a customer). Then Bev (who was also with a customer) asked how she could help me. I went to explain to her what was going on with my phone and BAM! She knew EXACTLY what to do. She worked her magic, and my virus problem was fixed in less than 15 minutes, and I thought I was going to need either a new phone or a hard reset and I NEEDED NEITHER!! Bev and Michael, I wish you nothing but the best in life. Anyone who gets the privilege to be graced by your presence is ONE BLESSED PERSON!! Such helpful and patient employees! Both young men who helped us were patient and profession! Kindness and Knowledge were the best part of our experience at this Sprint/T-Mobile store! Zac and Ian are each the sort of person one always hopes to encounter when purchasing a new smart phone. Thanks for your assistance, sense of humor and patience!

I was switching from another carrier and T.K. made the transition so easy and enjoyable! I knew I was in good hands the minute she introduced herself. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood. She was patient, caring and knowledgeable. I appreciate the warm and welcoming environment and am so happy I made the switch! Highly recommend.

Update: we recently went back in to add a line. Levi was awesome. He is super friendly, really knows his stuff, and was incredibly helpful. If you are thinking about T-Mobile, go into the Philo location and talk to Levi. He will help you out!

Went to the store on Philo. TK was great. Loved her vibe, knowledge, attitude, and helpfulness. She made switching to T-Mobile an easy task and got us some great deals in the process. Can't say enough about this location and about TK.

TK was the sweetest. She made me feel so very much at home. My appointment was at 3:30 and she was already waiting for me at the door when i walked in with friendly eyes and tone of voice. The whole encounter with her was very pleasant, considering I was having some issues with my bank card and other technical issues. She kept it cool and friendly and made sure to be helpful, sweet, and courteous with me the whole time. She even showed kindness to her co-workers during the stressful technical issues. She seems like a pleasure to have as a colleague as well. I see TK moving up the ladder extremely quickly because of the way she makes customers feel and her product knowledge. Thank you TK for TAKING THE TIME and your compassion and professionalism. You are a true leader, and as a new T-mobile customer you definitely set the bars high. Today I switched over from another carrier to T-mobile and to be honest, you were a big reason for it. You were able to answer all of my questions and help me feel very at ease transitioning into a new service provider. (I've been with my previous provider for 10+ years now, so it was not an easy task to switch companies, but you made it feel like a walk in the park.). Thank you again! Someone give this girl a promotion!!! Her manager seemed very sweet too. What a great welcome into the T-mobile family.

ZAC is outstanding and an excellent manager. He was able to source my Galaxy Note 20 from another store when it was not available anywhere. He also takes the time to assist my mother with her phone questions without any hesitation. Their should be more people in the world like him. Great attitude, Great work ethic and awesome overall person!

I would like to take a moment to recognize Zac, T.K. and Ian from the T-Mobile Store on Philo Rd. They are all very patient, friendly, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Yesterday, November 4, I spent about 4 hours with Ian at T-Mobile on Philo and he was incredible. He was patient but also very resourceful. It took us
hours to complete the data transfer and he showed tremendous patience and attention. He was very respectful. Ian Rocks! Thank you, man!

Called and spoke to Levi on the phone was very knowledgeable which is the reason we went there the next day to switch carriers. He and Kyra are very professional and friendly. We are also going back to get watches next. Thank you Levi and Kyra.

IAN is awesome! I had some crashes going on with my phone, he took care of it so I wouldn't have to factory reset it! His customer service was outstanding and really went the extra mile to help me. I will definitely be back!

Zac Ian TK and Seyona are amazing! They are all super friendly and genuinely help you! It’s great to go into your store and know that you gonna get not only the help you need but smiles and good attitude as well. This is the only Tmobile my husband and I will go to!!

Best Buy recommended going to T mobile for a Sim Card my handicapped friend needed for a tablet.
We arrived 10 minutes before closing and found the store handicapped challenged. There was no way for my friend to get to the store within 10 minutes and no where for them to sit once in the store.
After explaining the situation to Ian, the only employee on a Sunday, he promptly secured the store, grabbed his tablet and went out to help my friend from the car.
Ian took his time, was cheerful, and even explained why they were having difficulty and what was needed.
To his credit, he also took the time to talk to me when I expressed interest in T Mobile's home internet.
I'm sure Ian was looking forward to going home and salvaging a bit of the weekend, but he never made us feel like we were unwelcomed or bothersome - the exact opposite.
My friend and I are most appreciative. As a matter of fact I intend to start all my T mobile inquiries through the store on Philo Rd in Urbana, IL
