Stuffed Crepes & Waffles (Downtown)

I've been meaning to stop in here for more than a year now. I'm glad I finally had the chance to. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the food was amazing! The crepe I ordered was really very tasty and generously stuffed with fruit. The waffle I ordered might be one of the best waffles I've ever had. Ignoring the excellent toppings, the waffle itself had wonderful flavor and a texture that many waffles shoot for, but fall so short of. Even their coffee was pretty dang good, and a wonderful compliment to an amazing breakfast. Stuffed will be making its way into regular rotation as a stellar breakfast spot.

Love the food and the laid back feel of this place. It was hard picking between a crepe or waffle. I decided on the Austin crepe which had pulled pork and potatoes with an aioli sauce which compliments it perfectly. And the yummy hot chocolate during this fall weather is perfect.

Very polite employee this morning, helping multiple people. She acknowledged everyone as they arrived to wait their turn. I went with the Savory Sedona and a Mocha. Very hearty and tasty Crepe. And the Mocha was just right !!

We’re from MN and crepes and waffles was the BEST PLACE to have brunch! We stuck to the crepe section on the menu and ordered 3 different ones: two sweet and one savory. If you have a sweet tooth the Zurich melted in our mouths! we’ve never had a savory crepe before but the Florina took us by surprise and was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was a comfortable place to be! LOVED IT… we’ll be back next trip to MT!

If you're a fan of crepes or waffles this is the place for you. Whether it's for a treat or a meal this place is definitely able to satisfy any craving. With a wide selection both savory and sweet options. There are also hot and cold specialty beverages as well as bottled drinks. The dining area is in a very quaint historic building which has been well maintained. You even have a great view of the nextdoor book store. Would highly recommend!

been here 4+ times with my roommate. got the plain crepe at first, and let me tell you it is worth getting even though it's plain. the Zurich is freakin awesome too. the one with peaches isn't as good because the peaches aren't sweet and are a little hard. everything we've had here is amazing, A+, and delicious. it's pretty affordable for 2 broke college students, too. the staff are really friendly and the wait times aren't bad at all. the huckleberry frozen lemonade is great! never had the waffles, but if the crepes are 1000/10, then I'm sure the waffles are just as good. they're big, too.

Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes on weekends but it's worth it! The seine crepe with turkey, spinach, tomatoes and brie was awesome. I also had a bite of the Rio with bananas and caramel. A little too sweet for me to get a whole one but I was glad someone did because a bite was a great treat. You can watch them make it and see all the fresh ingredients. It's a cool concept.

This place is great! Both savory and sweet crepes and waffles. They have a walkable crepe too. My favorite Bozeman breakfast, I always stop here when I'm passing through. Last time Taylor made our crepes (we ordered the Spaniard), she was super cool and efficient!

As per the current employee debacle, there was only 1 person taking orders, preparing food and serving, but she forewarned us with a smile and understanding from us. Food was served fairly quickly and was delicious. The wife had a savory crepe and I had a sweet crepe. Nice atmosphere.

We got the Rio crepes and the Brittany waffle. Both were delicious and very large portions! Staff was great! Would definitely recommend!

Very wonderful experience. They had an easy to read menu with lots of great options! From savory to sweet. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. Great service. Did I mention they also have a full coffee menu?! Definitely go check out if you are in town! What a Crepe place!!!😜

I am stunned to have entered this establishment and not found myself at the back of a long line. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile.

We ordered to go... The Monte crepe, the Brittany crepe (no Nutella... Sooooo over the Nutella rage), the Georgia Brussels waffle and a classic Brussels waffle with strawberries. The crepes were sweet and tender. So often, establishments which"specialize" in crepes overcook them. Not so, here. Done to perfection. The classic flavors of the Monte crepe were spot on...I do wish the strawberry jelly had been served warm. Similarly, the Georgia was a true taste of the South...I also wish, however, that the carmelized peaches were served cooked tender and at a warm temperature (think peach cobbler... How yummy would that be?).

Our Classic waffle came out as a Classic crepe (oops! Don't we all make mistakes?), and the error was corrected quickly and pleasantly.

I enjoyed my experience here so much, I bought the mug! I truly look forward to waiting excitedly at the back of a long line the next time I have the opportunity to visit this wonderful establishment!

Amazing food! Sweet and savory options, can go crepe, waffle, or walking crepe. Interior is nice to eat in. Souvenoirs and shop merch also avaliable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great little place to get some unique but tasty crepes/waffles! The girls behind the counter were cheerful and kept up great even with lots of customers.

The most delicious find! Cute spot right in downtown Bozeman. Do not miss out on the best crepes and waffles. Enjoy yourself a crepe at the indoor bar outward facing the street or get a walking crepe to go! I will be back every time I visit! #STUFFED 😋

Wow!! Have you ever been to someplace, and the experience was so good that you start plotting when your next experience will be?
Well, that was stuffed crepes and waffles yesterday.
My friend, who was visiting from it of town and myself, were meeting for breakfast on April 03rd. Stuffed crepes and waffles was our place of choice.
Thankfully for us, at eight in the morning, there was a spot for us right in front of the business.
As soon as we entered, we could tell the atmosphere was very warm and inviting. Everything was so clean, and during our time there, we saw continually that the staff were wiping down high traffic areas. The menu was very self-explanatory and extensive. We chose one sweet and one savory crepe to share, and boy, were we in for a treat.
The crepes themselves are mauve and could have easily fed 4 people, but since we are Americans, we downed it all!! They were absolutely delicious and totally hit the spot.
The staff were incredibly kind and engaging.
Nick, our server and cashier, made every effort to ensure our experience was incredible. He was involved but not invasive with a ready smile and polite face.
Taking a picture of our God was the last thing in my mind as we dig in immediately with "oohs and ah" and way too much enthusiasm. I can't wait to go back.

Delicious! Got the Maui! Not a lot of filling, but overall it was satisfying. Sweet and savory options that are both good. My friend got the Florina and was in love! Coffee is okay. They offer almond milk for dairy free folks.

Love a good crepe, and this place checked all the boxes! I had the Vermont and my boyfriend had the Brittany. They were both delicious. Huge portion sizes too. Staff was super friendly. Restaurant had a great aesthetic. There were plenty of wall outlets if you needed to plug in as well.
