Awesome staff and very clean! The sugar plum pastry and chestnut praline latte was excellent, and I like that my pastry was heated up without me having to ask. I was there for about 45 minutes, and their staff was very courteous and helpful with every customer. I'll be coming to this Starbucks more often!

I rarely come here since there are so many local coffee shops in the area, but I had a coupon and couldn't resist. I was with a friend who had her dog, so while I waited for the drinks with her outside, I was surprised and delighted when the male employee came outside to deliver our drinks! The woman who took our order was very patient and informative when I was deliberating on what fall drink to order.

Very nice. I very much enjoyed a dairy Free Carmel Macchiato and my boyfriend loved the Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade, but Maddie and the rest of the staff made the experience exceptional!

Great baristas, greeted me as soon as I came in. Bathrooms, floors, and tables were all clean. Really friendly staff and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it :)

Great lattes and great experience! They outlined the precautions and everything was great. We tried the pumkin spice lattes, (deliciously basic, and very fun), usually stick to vanilla because those are the BEST.

My favorite Starbucks in the area! Meghan is a true delight in the mornings, she already knows what drink I want before I even order it. 10/10 customer service. Starbucks is fortunate to have an employee like Meghan.

I was vacationing on Frye Island, I'm a heavy coffee drinker. My normal order is a grande in a venti with 5 espresso shots. I bought enough for the days I was staying. Someone knocked over my coffee an I had none for the morning. We stopped at this starbucks an it was great. Friendly staff an fresh coffee, I was happy.

Management at this location is very attentive and goes the extra mile with cleanliness, samples, making sure every customer is greeted, etc. It's a very pleasant Starbucks that fits in well with the congeniality of the less corporate businesses in downtown Portsmouth.

Can't get a better espresso anywhere in Dover. No, actually ANYWHWRE. I dare other places to respond and beat them, but it has yet to happen. Staff is happy and helpful, always. Sometimes gleeful, which is nice. Grab an egg white feta spinach wrap with a double shot espresso and you'll find yourself gleeful, too!

Amazing parking garage!!! This place incredibly inexpensive at only $2 per hour. There always plenty of parking as the garage is 5 floors!
