I went in the purchase a Stihl Chain saw.
By happenstance I met the owner Robbin Bostick. He is such a down to earth guy - truly authentic!

Even though it was my first time there he and his staff treated me like I was a big customer. Robbin even gave me a tour of his facility and showed me everything they offer and what they do. Everyone there interacted like family. Throughout my tour Robbin interacts with all his employees asking on a personal level - like he cares about them on a personal level.
When does this kind of thing happen anymore these days?
