Great food as always! I got the green wave to eat(their chicken and biscuits with eggs on top). It was good as usual. Staff was friendly. They serve your drinks in mason jars. Their sweet tea is great! They often get a lot of business on days like Sunday and usually are super busy. Either way though the southern comfort food you get is always great! The bathrooms are clean too! Will always recommend!

Wanted to try the southern comfort food and was not disappointed. We cleaned every plate!! Will definitely make this our go to spot every other Sunday!
You know it’s gonna be good when the wait time was 30 mins! Place was booming with business and now I see why! Terrific service! Wonderful waitress! Felt like family immediately!!

Had the best Greek salad I've ever eaten! And a piece of the most delicious cornbread. Kudos to cody who prepared it and my waitress was awesome!

Visited for the first time with my daughter and fiance for my birthday. Wait was 35 minutes for a table but well worth it. Sweet tea was perfect and we never had an empty glass. So many choices on the menu but went with Eva’s Benedict and home fries on the side. Corn bread was like a dessert. Bacon was crispy and so tasty. Scrambled eggs cooked perfectly. Sausage gravy …. Ummm … Absolutely delicious. Wish I’d had room for apple pie. So many option on the menu. Will definitely be back to try something else. Loved that MERRY CHRISTMAS was said throughout our visit and didn’t once hear that “happy holidays” nonsense. Can’t believe I’ve lived in the Summerville area for 30 years and had never heard of this gem.

It was recommended to me by a friend. The food was excellent and the service was above average. I liked when I had a biscuit with my meal it came with butter 🧈 it's the small things that count.

When I moved to Summerville, I asked a friend where to get good, old-fashioned country food. She brought me to Eva's and I'm so thankful! I always get the fried chicken. Also, what is it about drinking sweet tea from a Mason jar that makes it taste so good?

The sausage gravy is like granny made it, but with more sausage. The pancakes are quite sweet on their own, almost like vanilla cake. Fried chicken is tender and juicy with a crispy seasoned breading. Daily specials are truly special. Try the pork tenderloin!
On Sunday, the cornbread dressing served with generous portions of delicious baked chicken or ham is moist and well seasoned. We go almost weekly, sometimes for breakfast and other times for lunch. Either way, we've never been disappointed there.

Great spot. First time going. Megan was great. It was busy so we sat at the bar and looked out on the street. Music was good, not too loud. Food was delicious. Once I saw Corned Beef Hash, I knew that was my dish. So I had the Bless Your Heart. Eggs over easy. My girlfriend had the Goodness Gracious. We added a blueberry pancake. All of it was awesome. We will definitely come back.

Best gravy & biscuits I've had in ages. Biscuits great, gravy seasoned well with plenty of sausage.

The eggs and sausage are the same you can get anywhere. The sausage gravy was delicious but the winner was absolutely the blueberry pancakes. They were so good! We've been a few times now and will be coming back for sure. yum.

Third visit: the fried chicken doesn't have any breading and lacks seasoning. The rest of the food was great. Still worth coming back to

The food was very good and came out the kitchen quick and hot!!! The place is a bit small/quaint. Nice, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this eatery and will be coming back!

Wonderful, quaint, hometown restaurant. Good portions, reasonable prices. The wait staff was attentive and super friendly. We went on a saturday morning and it was nearly packed. The food was cooked to order so it was hot and fresh.
The only negative is; I'm a taller guy and the booths are a bit small.

Best breakfast food between Summerville and Charleston, and best sausage gravy anywhere. You know someone is a good server when they can deal with some really rude groups and still provide excellent service. You rarely see that level of service anymore.

Excellent Custard Ice Tea! Huge portuon sizes. Cozy atmosphere. Amazing they sat a family of 16 comfortably in a limited space. Family friendly, nostalgic with excellent food, fast fine service!

Friendly atmosphere and the Best Southern breakfast. Biscuits are chrispy on the outside and very moist on the inside. Sausage & gravy are the best and my fried eggs were made to perfection.

Had a really nice experience, food was great, staff super knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing was more than fair. Definitely try if you have not visited yet! 🙂

From the outside looking in, it didn't look like much but boy oh boy was I wrong. Everything was excellent from the food to the service. Our bill was very cheap also even with add ons to our meal.

A great little southern comfort food type place. Unfortunately they've had to cut back their hours because of staffing and whatnot. They used to be open for breakfast but now they don't open till 9:00 or later..great comfort food tho

It's like eating at Grandma's house. Soft fresh biscuits, fantastic sausage gravy, and perfect fried chicken. Eggs were perfectly scrambled. The baguette French toast was a little different, but pretty good. Great coffee as well.
