Brandon went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top tier! Came in with a minor issue with my points (feeling like a jerk) and left with my issue resolved and then some. And he assured me several times that I wasn’t a jerk 😂😂 thank you Brandon!

I went to buy my favorite drink and Gaby was super nice and sweet. She offered me advice on how to make my drink taste even better. She was right! It was delicious! She made me feel special! Thank you Gaby!

I always stop by Starbucks regardless of what state or country I'm in. This one made my drink perfectly 👌🏾. I will definitely add this to my favorite location list.

Staff here are always super friendly and to the point. Placement of the shop is good too; it's nice to grab a drink before heading into Walmart.

Came in for a sandwich and cold drink and was served pretty quick. Service was great and food very tasty.

My toasted white chocolate mocha was delicious. Service was fabulous! I did go inside. Drive thru was wrapped around the building. I was in and out quickly. Can't see my coffee but I love the Holiday cups!

Very nice, large location with a friendly staff. Best feature - there is a very large covered porch at the front entrance that has lots of seating and three ceiling fans to keep it cool and comfortable. For a suburban strip mall location, this place has a nice vibe!

Great service and the staff are friendly and professional. Baristas took notice I had a service dog and immediately assisted us with bringing items to the table. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help.

Run of the mill Starbucks, nothing spectacular except today one of the employees was doing such an awesome job I had to leave a review. They had a ton of people ordering, they were having trouble with the register and you could tell some patrons were getting impatient. There was a young brunette woman that was keeping track of everything out loud with a fantastic attitude, talking to her fellow employees and communicating very well with the customers. She did not appear to be bothered in the slightest with the stress. She was very impressive, as was the rest of the staff considering the rush. Despite the holdups I was in and out quickly in my opinion.

In my opinion, this is the best Starbucks in the area. The people are very friendly and helpful, and the store has a rather nice setting, despite being tucked in so close to Main St in such a crowded and busy area.

Good, friendly service. Not seating allowed inside, but there are tables on the patio.

My summerville starbucks is always so fast and efficient! I always place an order right before I leave my house (I’m about 10 minutes away) and it’s always ready way before I get there! They are always super nice and friendly (which is always so shocking because it’s early in the morning 😴 but props to them!)

Really great customer service and employees. We’ve never had a negative interaction and the drinks are always perfect. This is me and my husband’s almost daily treat and we love this location. If you do come here, there is sometimes a long line, but the employees are clearly trying and remaining professional given the circumstances.

Like most Starbucks the menu, food, service, etc is quick, efficient, and delicious.

Crowded, but the baristas were killing it.

Employees have awesome attitudes, always a great welcome. They wear their mask. I use the drive thru, even if it looks busy, the long line moves relatively quick. The cappuccino is always delicious.

Staff is incredibly friendly and it's obvious they work well together, and each Barista has a good idea of what to recommend and they even have personal drink recipes for any kind of taste.

A gentleman asked me if it was worth the wait, because I has been a while waiting. My response, "Yes, it's always worth the wait!"
The ladies in there are working really hard to accommodate every one and I appreciate them for keeping a smile on their faces the entire time!
