From the time we walked in everyone was friendly and Wills was terrific. He was patient, attentive, and had the information we needed. We cancelled another purchase we just made, before walking in Ashley, to get better quality, quantity and service.

We entered the store with what we thought was a good idea of what we wanted and the quality of what we wanted. Keith Flynn met us at the front of the store and we soon realized how little we actually knew. Keith was incredibly knowledgeable helpful when it came to making a decision. We purchased most of a bedroom set and we're so happy with our decision! We'll definitely be back and will always deal with Keith Flynn.

Keith was patient with me and my husband as we circled the store repeatedly on two separate occasions! He had great recommendations based on our exact preferences for size, shape, comfort, etc. We got a great deal on the couch we selected and ended up with a table and chairs in addition that matched! I purchased a chest of drawers from Ashley. I absolutely love the dresser. I have the matching queen bed. Alicia, Brian and Wills have been excellent. They made sure I was taking care of 100 %. Thanks for everything.

On Feb. 1st my daughter and I went to Ashley's to look at living room furniture. Devon met us with a smile and asked what we were looking to find. He let us look at furniture without being overbearing. He answered all our questions and understood we were checking out other places as well. He gave us all the information we needed. The next day, we went back to buy what we were interested in. Devon wasn't working when we arrived, but Wills was just as friendly and helped us out. He and Alecia were both friendly and accommodating. Overall, I will buy furniture from this store again and have already recommended it to several people. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. I really liked the fact that they didn't hang all over us and push things on us. GREAT JOB, GUYS!

The store was very clean and all the employees was very helpful, the store played wonderful music and was very spacious in placement of furniture,I came and got what I wanted and was out in good time to make it to my next errand.

Great experience at this store. We came in last night to test out some couches and think about it overnight. We came back in today and SHERI did such an incredible job getting us in and out with the couch we had decided on. She gave us all the information we needed in a timely fashion with great information about the couch we bought and the shipping process. Thank you Sheri!

We came into the store looking for a sofa bed but had some very specific ideas of what we were looking for. Wills was right there to guide and educate us! He never pressured us and was a joy to work with! He spent a great deal of time with us and because of his personable, professional and knowledgeable help we found the perfect sofa bed! I had a fantastic experience at Ashley. The associate, Sheri, was very helpful. I told her what I was looking for in a sofa as well as my area measurements. We found the perfect sectional and she designed it based on my room. She was also very informative while I was mattress shopping for myself and my son. Communication has been great through the process. Prices were very fair. My furniture is scheduled to arrive in about 2 weeks. I’m confident that process will be great as well. It has always been great in the past

I have been wanting to buy a king sized bed but just wandered into Ashley to browse. Devon was such a terrific help, though, that I ended up purchasing the bed, a mattress, and a box spring. The deals were really good but Devon's excellent service was what made the difference to me. This is the kind of service that will make me be a repeat customer.

Patrick and Devin were awesome in assisting us getting our mattress and bed frame. Best price, quality and of course service. Will be coming back for a living room set soon!

Sheri Williamson was so wonderful, attentive, and professional. She was great at guiding my husband and I. She gave us time to browse and was available for questions when we had any. She helped us find a couch that will fit perfectly in our new home. We had a great experience.

I love this store. Devon is such an amazing salesperson. He goes above and beyond to help you get what you need. I purchased several items the first time and all were marked down. Then went back to get a nightstand. Devon makes furniture shopping so easy. So if your shopping make sure to visit this store and ask for Devon. You will not be disappointed!

Had a great experience buying a new couch here, after letting go of the one I bought here 15 years ago. Megan was great at showing us around but never felt any pressure. Great selection and even found a clearance coffee table. Spent less on the table and couch than I expected to spend on just the couch!! Grateful

Wills was wonderful! We walked in looking for a pretty specific size couch but also had no clue what we really wanted. He walked us through the store and offered several awesome suggestions. He was patient, kind and thoughtful. Great experience!

So glad we came before Presidents Day and got some great deals but also had an amazing experience with Devon. He was very personable and friendly. We laughed the whole time. He helped us get a great deal on a new couch and a Tempur-pedic

Great experience with Patrick. He was helpful in answering my questions about a sectional I saw online. Wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get the piece in time but he made the extra effort to arrange delivery. Super helpful and look forward to working with him again as we furnish our new home in the area.
