Great experience! John R. provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me with my P. O. Box issue. I thought that was all I could do and he called me to come back in the store and he could help me further. That extra level of customer service and kindness made my day. Life has been so hard lately and it’s the little acts of kindness like that, that can turn things around. I’ll be back to this location. I appreciate the team, thank you!

I have been going to the UPS for years along with other stores in the area. They always have far more people walking through the door than other area UPS stores. Yes, there is a line almost always but every interaction I have had has taken just the same amount of time at every single location. After watching a grown a** man have a temper tantrum in the line yesterday, it occurred to me that I should probably cheer on these hard working employees. Every single interaction I have had in three years has always been pleasant and they have always gotten everything I have shipped off to where it needs to be and on time if not early. You all are doing great.

Betty at the UPS store was so kind to me. She showed me how to return a package & what it took for the labels to print. This is the best treatment at a UPS I've ever received. Betty is definitely a huge asset to UPS because employees like her are not found very often. Thank you again Betty!!!!😄😄

I had an excellent experience at this location. There was a line when I walked in and the staff greeted me, told me they'd be right with me, and continued to update us every few minutes. I needed scissors and they had multiple courtesy pairs available to use. My Amazon return box didn't have the shipping label attached nor was it taped shut and they provided a free shipping label cover and taped it for me. There was no incentive for them to do so, I doubt Amazon pays them for accepting returns at their location. That was just pure old fashioned good customer service.

So around 3:30 on 7/12/22 I used this location to drop off direct tv equipment. As soon as I got in there, this guy wearing sunglasses, a black suit jacket looking thing, blondish hair, is yelling at one of the co-workers! All over them charging him..get this…..A DOLLAR to use tape to close what he is sending off!!!! They explained to him he is more then welcome to purchase his own roll from them, or he can tape it up and bring it back, or just pay the dollar. He still was rude and was saying he don’t get it. They explained they don’t make the rules corporate does. He asked not to be charged and they told him they cannot do that. He got all their names and said he would leave them a bad review. So let me first start out by saying these employees handled this situation PROFESSIONAL!!! Especially him throwing a fit like a 2 YEAR OLD CHILD! They deserve to get over a 5 star rating from me due to them being professional and thinking they had to apologize for him being rude! I understand they deal with this daily but that isn’t right! If you do not like it contact corporate; don’t yell at the employees who trying to make a living! Anyways i definitely had good service from Betty and Haylene (sorry if I didn’t spell your name right!) and I definitely return to this location! Thank you all for your hard work!

I've avoided this location for years but Haylene (sp?) is turning the place around on wait times, general helpfulness and customer service! I was so grateful for how quick my experience was and that I got all my questions answered and my package sent accurately and expeditiously thanks to Haylene's assistance. Hoping they stick around so that I can continue coming to this location.

best service! fast, meticulous, and whole lot of charm. i had nearly a dozen different sized boxes and packages to return, but they knocked it all out in less than 15 minutes! the interaction had me smiling the rest of the day - truly made my Saturday. thank you!!

Staff has always been helpful even took heavy box from me while i was waiting in line.

I was leery of trying this store because of some of the poor reviews. However, I needed to get a package shipped and didn't have time to drive across town to another store. I was greeted promptly and pleasantly when I entered the store. The lady that helped me was smiling and courteous. She was fast and efficient without making me feel rushed. In every way, a very positive experience.

They let me in and helped me out right at 6:30 as they were closing! Very kind staff

Even in the midst of the pandemic, I had a great experience at this store. I needed to print some documents and get across town for an appointment and Derek helped me out. He was brilliantly expedient and very friendly. Would definitely come back if I knew he was going to help me.

Laurel did fantastic helping us get papers notarized and helping us get contracts emailed and overnighted. She went above and beyond. Very professional and patient. Outstanding customer service is rare these days

We got to the store 2 minutes before closing and the staff was kind enough to help us print 70 pages! Thank you UPS staff!

One of the most efficient and helpful USPS stores that I have ever done business with.

I had a very nice experience here, I don't know what people are complaining about. The customer service was top notch, and the business services were extremely affordable. Policies are the same as any other UPS store, don't expect something they don't do.

Matthew and Laurel were fabulous! I had been to staples for over an hour with no knowledgeable help. I went to UPS at Westgate and the solved my problem. I’ll never go anywhere else
