NCG Cinemas - Monroe

NCG Monroe has to be the cleanest movie theater around, from the entrance to the theater and to the bathrooms. Great customer service, unlimited refills on freshly popped popcorn, slushies and coke products. Also has a party room for private events, reserved seating so you don't have to worry about being sold out, also two types of seating, regular and reclining!

I love this place. Excellent service, nice and very professional young people working there. The establishment is beautiful and comfortable inside and the audio is amazing!! I'll be back again. Thanks!!!

My daughter and I go here because they have the most comfortable seats and set-up. I use a walker and is it very easy to get around. We have NEVER had a bad experience there and will be back again soon.

After living in GA, where many NCG theaters are, we’ve always preferred NCG. This location has always been great.

Took the family to watch the new Tom & Jerry this evening. The concessions were moderately priced and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I rate this theater ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for going the extra mile. It's good to have somewhere to escape to now that things are going better with Covid-19. 👍👍

The premium seats have recliners and are super spacious with a movable over the lap tray. Very clean but expensive snacks sadly

Great movie theater. Went there to see the Five Nights at Freddy’s movie, which the floor was clean, seats were clean, and popcorn was very tasty 🍿🥤

The cinema is clean, the staff nice and friendly. They do a good job of moving you along quick at the register so you can get to your movie on time. And you have the option of getting reclining chairs or regular chairs depending on where you sit.

I am from Virginia and my daughter and I went to this theater on Thursday, March 16. I prefer nice and quaint instead of large theaters with many people. NCG Cinema did NOT disappoint. The theater is small and gives you the option of standard seats or reclining seats (for an additional $2.50). We chose the standard seats for a matinee of Creed III. It was just the two of us and one other person in the movie; they were reclining and looked very comfortable. The movie was great and the volume was just right. After the movie, we tried out the reclining Sears and Yes, YES of we ever return to this area, we will be getting those seats instead. Now, don't get me wrong, the standard seats we comfortable and spacious, they even had a little dip back themselves but those reclining seats that practically lay all the way back were niiiiicccee. We also used the restroom after the movie and they were clean and well designed. I give this cinema an A++++ and I know if I lived nearby, this would be my go-to spot. Oh yeah, the price of the tickets were reasonable ($8.50/matinee movies before 5pm).

Best theater seats I’ve ever experienced. They don’t have a vast selection of candy nor food, but they have popcorn and the basics. My neck always hurts after a movie, but not here! Their VIP seats are superb, well worth the extra charge.

How to describe the theater.. the seats are so comfortable you can fall asleep!! The pretzels were delicious and had a few flavors. The popcorn was fresh and delicious. The soda machine is free refills with over 100 different varieties. The movie itself wasn't that great but the screen and sound was incredible. I would definitely recommend that you give this theater a try. Definitely splurge for the reclining seats.

Came here to watch Top Gun Maverick. Very well kept and organized facility. Very clean and neat. Staff was professional and knowledgeable! If you go, the VIP reclining seats are a must! I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, smaller movie theater with a hometown feel. 😃

We go frequently and found everyone to be polite, quick with service and extremely helpful. We have been to the other theater and between the New York type crowds and he children out of control....well you know.

Had a great time as this theater offers recliners with a full swing tray for food per recliner. Kids liked getting their own drinks which were slushies. Will definitely go back. Do note that there is an upcharge for the recliners but also provide ease of space in the aisle. IE. You do not have to ask someone to get up with if you need to visit the BR.

Went to see M3GAN and it was good! Comfy seats. Kind of cold in there but i guess they have to be cause the equipment so it dont over heat. Just make sure to dress warm when you go see a movie!!!

Venue is clean & presents well when entering. The regular seating is awesome! The upgraded seating selection $11.50 is SPECTACULAR 👌!! I also enjoyed the move "Bros"... will definitely visit the theatre again!!

One of our favorite movie theaters. Great reclining seats. Good drinks and popcorn. Prices are reasonable.
