Excellent service and accurate meal. They launched the Halloween Buckets so super excited to see them back. Mcdonald's has always been one of my favorite fast food places to eat. Just wish you could get breakfast all day.

I changed my rating to a five star from one star because the last couple of months cleanliness, service and food has been great. Only complaint I have is they need a csr on the front counter when there are customers wanting to pay. I've had to walk out a few times because I put my order in the kiosk and stand at counter while employees look at me or walk by me and don't wait on me at register. While more orders are going in from drive thru.

I love my McDonald's at Monroe. The atmosphere is always fun and the attention to Customer Services is a plus. They are always willing to help customers in any way they can. I love the music and the bathrooms are always cleaned. I took my 93-year old aunt (she is visiting) and we had a blast. Keep up the great work. It is always good to return and visit you. Thank you!!!

Ate a quick lunch here on 02/01/24. Fast service. Ample parking. Clean restroom.

Great place road construction is going on at the intersection. So be safe take your time.

Stopped by for breakfast. The mcmuffins were toasty and tasty. As were the hash browns. But the driving force for the 5 star rating was the medium hot caramel mocha. Their machine was working and the beverage was made just right. Made the wife happy and a happy wife makes for a much better trip.

Clean and spacious toilet. Kids room. Kiosks are open and employees will bring the order to the table. One of the best restaurants of this chain, where I have been recently.

Server was a lil snippy to a customer who did not want to use the kiosk.

The ladies working shift together Tuesday morning created such a welcoming, fun, atmosphere thru the drive-thru! My morning coffee came with a free side of energized conversation from the staff and I appreciate them!

Wanted a little different.
so tried this McDonald's.
Fries was super fresh and hot. The cheeseburgers was just as hot also.
So definitely wasn't anything that sat under a heat lamp.
Unfortunately the tea wasn't as sweet as I had hoped.

McDonald's is always good for a quick meal.

Look mickey D hooked it up. Lately i have found myself discouraged late nights with macdonalds . Being macdonalds is the only FRANCHISE TO GET IT AND HOPEFULLY CORNER THE COD FISH MARKET! Most location stop selling the fish after a certain time. Or they dont have it. MCDonalds COD FISH. I don't know why Its not a favorite!!!. It's the fastest thing to fix. Anyway. This location made ME THE FRESHEST FISH and SANDWHICH LATE NIGHT I have ever had in my 2 months in north carolina. Charollett sucks, and all the other cities ,but this one. Thanks for the late night meal l, i freaking Love mcdonalds and yes im mosty pescatarian and vegan..

Very fast service. Super friendly lady that took my order in the drive-thru. Good variety of items at a good price. There is a picnic area at the far edge of the parking lot that has tables that are shaded by trees. Be sure to save a little piece of your food for the cats that hang around there!😊

Waited 45 mins for my curbside order. Ended up go in drive thru and politely told the cashier I was waiting 45 mins. She say we don't come outside at night....🤬🤬🤬. I go to this location often .
Night cashier looked like she was either coming off of a drink or cocaine. But she was sweaty, agitate and unpleasant.

This place actually impressed me today. The workers really created a good experience and delivered on a great McDonald's experience. I'll give a shout-out to Axle, the manager of this place. I've seen him handle some tough situations in a really great way. He's running a great restaurant and keeping that McDonald's top notch with clean facilities, good food, and great service. Would definitely recommend this place👌🍔

I had a great experience this morning! I went through drive thru and the lady taking the money was absolutely precious with great customer service skills. And the gentleman at the first window was super sweet! Food was hot and fresh . Thank you to your team for starting my morning off perfect!
