Bojangles

Quick stop on our way from the beach. I got my usual chicken strips/ cajun fries with hiney mustard sauce anf of course, sweet potato pies! I ate everything else so fast, so there no pic, but here is the pie! Good and quick service! Monroe, NC

Had the perfect gravy biscuit. The gravy was out of this world fresh and hot. The sausage seasong was perfect. Don't get me started on how fresh the buttery biscuit was. I think I will try to go to this Bojangles at least 8 times a week until i fall out. You really need to give it a try. You will love it.

As I look at all of these bad reviews I wonder what happened to people being appreciative. I can’t imagine how miserable some of your lives are. You could just be grateful these people showed up to work so you didn’t have to cook anything for yourselves. I’ve never been met with anything other than genuine southern hospitality by these employees, and the food has always been piping hot. Even if it takes a few minutes to get it. All of you that work here, I appreciate you. Thank you for making my lunch today so I didn’t have to.

Had a great experience at this Bojangles this morning! The lady who took our order was really nice and patient with us and the food was great, the biscuits were PERFECT. I'm very impressed with my experience this morning!

This particular location always has fresh tasting food, not like it has been cooked in old oil like some other ones nearby. Staff is very friendly and pleasant to talk with.

I really prefer this Bojangles over the other one up Roosevelt Blvd. Food is always hot and fresh. And the staff is friendly. Never had any issues here.

The food is hot.....EVERY TIME I go there. I go to this one every time I come to Monroe

Had to wait until they cooked some fries but out side of that it was great.

They open at 5am, I was 2nd in line at the drive thru at 5...waited over 20 mins at speaker, still no one took order. I drove to window as did the car in front of me thinking speaker was broken. Was told they didn't take orders that way and I had to drive back around, with 10 more cars in line by then I told the cashier I would not! After words back and forth they took my order. My receipt is stamped 5:27, all they needed to do was say "mamm, we are short staffed, we will be with you in a few minutes", I will stick with Hardee's down the road, they open at 5am on the dot.

The food and service was very good. Everything looked very clear inside and out.

Ordered the 4 piece chicken strip meal combo. These are always so much better than the ones you order at a sit down restaurant because it's all chicken and not half chicken, half bread. With the seasoned fries and biscuit this meal hits the spot. 😋

The service was very fast in the drive thru. The person taking my order was very nice and remembered to ask me if I wanted any condiments. The food was hot and fresh. We had to wait for the chicken to cool off before we could eat it. An overall very pleasant experience!

I traveled to Monroe, NC March 5th 2022 to pickup a wood planer with a friend. He had found a deal online and since I have a truck and lots of free time, away we went. After picking up the equipment and getting back on the road he decided to take us to Bojangles there. I was completely in awe of this location. The team worked together like a well oiled machine that kept the food coming and the drive-thru hopping. Everyone was polite, and we had a short wait time. We both got the new crispy chicken sandwiches (comparable to Popeye's) and I got mashed potatoes & gravy and he chose fries, and we both got Tea. Bojangles Tea is good if the recipe is followed! This tea was amazing (maybe I was a little parched, too). The sandwiches were hot, fresh & delicious. This location is now in my Top Five Bojangles location's for great food & service. There are quite a few interesting places in Monroe, so I might make another journey soon!

This Bojangles knows how to do it !! Their fries are always on point and I can’t say that about other bojangles others over cook them all the time but not here ! All the food here is always hot and fresh and their customer service is also amazing every time super friendly . This is definitely my go to Bojangles and the other Bojangles should strive to be more like this one

My orders be to satisfaction. I always go through the drive-thru. If I have any problem with my order they will fix it so all I can give them was a five star because they will make their customer happy.

I stop here get breakfast on my way to work must say very thankful amazing staff they have you fresh hot breakfast no waits no complaints high recommend

I go here every morning and I want you to know those employees in their work hard to make sure that your food is ready for you when you get to the window I'm talking about when you go to the drive-thru just be patient with them don't rush because these days you know they do not have enough help there to help serve you so just give them a little courtesy and they will help you out

This location is usually busy, and for good reason. Our food was freshly made and served hot, employees were super friendly also. For fast food this was a great, and rare experience.

The restaurant was very busy, but the team stayed focused and made corrections to orders as needed
