Dunkin'

My family and I have been going to dunkin for years, this location is by far the best i’ve been to. The staff is very well mannered and fast paced. I have seen a huge difference in this store from previous years. The customer service is fantastic! I will definitely be coming back!

I stop and get a iced coffee and donuts twice a week sometimes more. I think I'm one of the first customers because its super early in the morning. The donuts are fresh and the coffee is great. The employees are friendly and remember my order which always makes me laugh.

This Dunkin location is very new, so much so that Google Maps doesn't even show it on their Satellite. This location moves quick, and have rarely seen a line. Their drive-thru menu is likewise very new, and is a full digital display. Their is one girl who normally works the drive-thru speaker who is very nice and very friendly; although I do not have their name, and if I do I will edit this review to reflect so. Love this location, hope to come again soon.

I had a great experience & great customer service today from a young lady mamed Emily. She made me feel better about my indecisiveness about what i wanted to order. She was patient, nice, quick, & exceptionally precise!!! I hope she reads this. Thank God for Emily.

Wendy is the best. I pretty come here almost everyday. She is always kind, helpful, efficient, and smiling when I go by.

A little expensive but their peach green tea drink is yummy with a big boost of caffeine 😋 im telling you jt woke me up and got me going. My son likes the donuts 🍩

Stopped by early morning, was out on emergency services and placed an order to take to work and was surprised to have them say it was on them. Didn’t expect to not pay for it. It was a nice way to start off a cold day. Thanks for supporting your emergency workers!

Workers were super polite, drink tasted good (pumpkin spice latte)

I was there on 8/12/21. Was extremely impressed by how the female associate handled the previous customer when his order was incorrect. I do like this location which is not close to me....

Is completely ridiculous to wait 25 minutes for 2 drinks. Completely unacceptable. Won't be back.

The worker Michale there was really helpful he even gave me a extra donut for free! Good costumer service I’ll be telling my friends neighbors and everyone to come to this location!!!!!

Helotes Dunkin Donuts is the best. The staff are always friendly and the donuts are fresh.

The girl working the drive thru was super sweet, and my latte was perfect

made a quick stop here for a quick bite, food was fresh and the shop was had a new fresh vibe to it. Would be a fun place to go post pandemic

Their speed and reliability has prevented many lack of coffee related crimes/comments
