NAPA Auto Parts

Stopped in the store today to get some parts for a recurring issue on my vehicle. Kaleb provided excellent customer service paired with extremely knowledgeable advice. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and will certainly be coming back.

Today was a great day! I went to NAPA AUTO PARTS IN MESA ON MAIN / POWER RD. I was given the Best Service by a young man who helped me with purchasing wiper blades for my vehicle and he installed them. I didn't get his name but the service was first class. I just want to say Thank you to this young man. I remember him having long hair and a wonderful customer service

First time here. This is the place. If you want AutoZone and O'Reilly's clientele then enjoy. This place was clean, quiet, and professional.

I mainly go here for the paint department and specifically the individual who works there.

I could go to Space Age, Finishmasters, PPG and while that may have a bigger selection for some items, she goes out of her way to be helpful and is incredibly knowledgeable and one of the few willing to stop to talk and give advice

If the owners are reading this, pay her whatever she want to keep her there as she is the sole reason that you have a thriving paint department

Everyone on the parts side is great also, I just do it interact with them as much but I have a choice of a LOT of paint supply shops and that’s why I choose yours

Napa makes life easy when you're having a hard time with your car. Battery died, so I brought it in here. They did a quick load test, realized it was putting out almost no CCA, and got me a brand new battery under warranty, free of charge! Definitely my go-to for car parts!
