I’m not one to typically make reviews but after leaving this store I felt like it was the only thing I could do. Chance(the employee working) was an absolutely great guy.

The store manager (Chance) is amazing. A new employee of his accidentally messed up an online exchange and purchase. He made it right and did it with such ease. He's kind, knowledgeable, and you can tell he really tries everything in his power to correct a simple (but truly complex) mistake. I hope he knows how thankful I am for his help. He also really cares for his employees.

Great place with nice employees. Saves us a lot of money to shop there for our games.

My visits here are always great. I'm greeted right away and taken care of. I can always count on them to have what I'm looking for whenever in out this way. The team here is great. I have not ever had an issue with anyone or anything here.

Took way too long too check out, but customer service was amazing! The display cases and inventory were not correct but the manager was honest and upfront. Also allowed my daughter and me look at what's available and made our NYE fun. Thank you!

We like gamestop because they hire people who are passionate about games and willing to help dads like me to find gifts for their gamer sons and daughters. I particularly like this place in Lawrence because Chance (store mgr) and Lauren would spend their time (which is precious in a busy store) with me and my son to help us choose the right game or toy based on their knowledge. Chance would also give me some tips to save money. And that's a store I would always come back to

This is the only place I go for anything video game related. The store manager is fantastic and so are the others that work there. I can't think of a single bad experience with anyone that works at this location. I only gave 5 stars because I can't give more.

This is a very clean and organized store. Seemed like they had pretty much everything well stocked. But if they didn't have it they were more than willing to help you get whatever it is you are looking for. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a great store! Lots of selections and options. The employees are all very helpful and the manager seems to love what he does and is always willing to get to know his customers!

There are so many treasures in this store! I find cool new collectables every time I come in here. Add the fact that the staff is very knowledgeable and always cool to geek out with...I love it! Five stars!

I was forced by unforeseen circumstances to return a collector's item Chance was extremely helpful talk to me through it beforehand to make sure I brought everything in with me that I needed it was very reasonable and understanding in getting me my refund. definitely will make this my home game stop.

They care about their customer base more than any retail store in Lawrence. After 1 bad experience in 6 years, I was met with open ears and arms and was helped beyond what I needed. Please keep it up, all!

This is one of my favorite places to go! They sell and buy both new and used games. They give you a few days to test the game you buy and if you're unhappy with it, they will return your money back when you return the game! They usually have all the newest games and consoles, as well as the items you need to go with the consoles. But, they also usually have some of the blast from your past games as well!

spent more than I planned but I am so happy with what he recommended. Birthday presents to my son and grandson but got a fantastic system and more games than I planned.

Gamestop service is always helpful and spot on. You want it call ahead and you will have it waiting. They are beyond knowledgeable! One of my favorite places. Oh my son plays the games not me..

We choose Gamestop versus big box competitors because of employees like Alan that helped us on our most recent visit. He is knowledgeable in the products/services including upcoming attractions and release dates. Not saying much for big box stores though because I feel like you could ask for a PS4 and they try to hand you an Switch lol.

Great selection, reasonable pricing, and friendly, helpful employees. I have never had a bad experience here, and the employees are the biggest part why.

I don't know why people leave such negative reviews. This place has great prices compared to other nearby Gamestops. Staff is great, VERY friendly, very great overall. This is my primary Gamestop. Wouldn't choose any other one.
