The gentleman at the Haygood store was friendly and notarized my document with no problem at all. No drama, no theatrics and no bad attitude--exactly what you expect when you just want to get your documents signed and your packages shipped.

It's a night and day difference between this store and the Shore Drive store, which I gave a single star because there wasn't a lower score.

The store is ready for christmas with their decorations! The kiosk makes it easier for amazon returns and drop offs as well. I’m glad they have it in the store. The workers are so kind and friendly.

Bernie was amazing! He was so friendly and personable! I was in and out in literally 4 minutes! He was helping an elderly gentleman at the same time! He’s a great employee. Thank you for your smiles and excellent customer service!

I have been going to this ups location for almost 4 years and the manager at this ups has been/is so kind, always helping customers and is always looking out for the customer's best interest when there is any question. I went in to ship my trade-in cellphone back to the carrier, but was given the incorrect instructions and information from the mobile carrier. I called tech support for the carrier to get the correct instructions, while in the ups store. The manger of this ups store, patiently, spoke to the tech agent for the cell carrier, while also helping other customers, explaining how their return instructions were not only incorrect, but going to cost me. Thanks to patience and kindness of the ups manager, everything was resolved. The ups manager made sure I had all the information I needed to be reimbursed, from the cell carrier, for the money I had to pay for the cost shipping back a trade-in that should have not cost anything. This is my ups store and the manger is the best.

The nicest man ever, I come to this particular ups store to drop my packages off. Sometimes I’ll drive out my way because they are so nice. The short man (I think he’s the owner) is very very sweet. & he’s always willing to help all his customers. Thank you

Not only did I get a MUCH BETTER PRICE from Bartlie to mail the very same package I brought to another UPS Store close by, I feel like I am an important customer each time I go into this store. When it comes to customer service...Bartlie gets it.

I have been coming to this UPS store #5660 for a few years now. The same gentleman is always working, Bernie. Every time i come, i am greeted right away, even if the store is packed. He always finds a way to personalize my visit and this is extremely important to me. The boxes i want are always in stock. Bernie has amazing work ethic and knows how to move a line quickly, but not skimp out on the customer service. He always gives me different shipping options and lets me know the pricing up front. There is another UPS store closer to my home, but i come to this location specifically for the customer service i receive every time.

Friendly staff. No matter what I go in there for they have a solution. Holidays are busy, but they keep the environment friendly and flowing. You are an appreciated customer.

Berne saved the day. He made my Amazon return a seamless process after I had a failed attempt at another location. This is the best UPS location in Va Beach

Bernie is great! I usually have to return something to Amazon or ship something back home and he’s always so helpful in the mornings. Very informative and patient as I fidget with my phone for bar codes. Keep up the great work Bernie!

Mannnn, I tell you every time I go to the Haygood location which is seldom, it's ALWAYS a pleasant visit! I've never seen anyone else working there except Bernie! He always has a pleasant, friendly, kind, happy, demeanor. Too bad more customer service workers are not like him. If they were we wouldn't complaint surveys. Such a nice gentleman. He's so sweet! I just love his ways! DO IT BERNIE! YOU DA MAN!!!!!

This UPS store is outstanding due solely to the Asian man who is both efficient and customer friendly!! My advice for future 5 star ratings is to let the old owner work the back while MR Charming Asian man interacts with customers. The owner is not patient and does not smile!!!
