Dutch Bros Coffee

Friendly service each time I visit. I tend to stick to their Golden Eagle as I like my iced coffee sweet. I had someone try their 9-1-1 and for the caffeine chasers- That’s the one to go for.

Omg the girls that helped me were soooooo nice and the coffee is perfect! I'm an over the road truck driver and they even left me a super sweet note on my cup! Thanks ladies!

I love this Dutch Bros location. I went to redeem my birthday drink reward a few days after my birthday. I haven’t been here when it’s cold outside and the baristas are usually outside, so I asked the barista if it was okay that I had pulled through up to the window. She was extremely friendly and was patient and understanding that I didn’t know what I wanted quite yet. She helped me pick out a drink as it was evening and I didn’t want too much caffeine. As she was making my drink, she drew lovely (belated) birthday messages on my cup. I didn’t get her name, but I’d had a difficult day and this just made it so much more special. You can’t get this level of friendliness and kindness anywhere else. I am a Dutch Bros fan for life. To the employees working the night of 12/4, thank you, thank you THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your patience and extra level of care. You made my night. And thank you to Dutch Bros for providing such a welcoming work culture for your employees. I will be back!

An amazing experience every single time I go there. The staff is friendly, informative and helpful. Your drinks are customizable and every one I have tried so far has been delicious and not overly sweet. I would highly recommend trying them out if you haven't yet.

Always friendly staff. They ask about the coffee I want! I don't feel self-conscious about adding all the extras I enjoy in premium coffee. They have a wide range of flavors available!

Oh great Coffee Gods thank you for bringing this unattainable masterpiece to Middle Tennessee. As someone who doesn't travel West very often, I didn't think I'd have a chance to try Dutch Brothers. I am so glad they have expanded into the South. What a refreshing change from The Bucks.

Having been my first Visit, I was unsure what to order. I was quickly greeted by a friendly, albeit frozen worker who was standing outside on a 20 degree day. I told her it was my first time and my normal Bucks order and she suggested I try the Iced Golden eagle. It was perfect. It was very balanced Not too sweet with a very mellow coffee.

There was a girl at the window, I wish I would have gotten her name because she could read how excited I was and she was so friendly. She told me I was about to change my life and I think I will. I'll definitely be changing up my usual.

This location is really out of the way for me. I had to drive 15 mins out of the way to get there. It is really in an obscure part of Smyrna. I really hope they expand into Murfreesboro. Then I will have a life change.

Dutch Bros coffee is incredible! I am not a coffee drinker, but I drove an hour away to get my hands on this coffee. I originally had it in California, and I am so thrilled they are in Tennessee now!!

James was an absolute gem of a worker. I drove through and saw the hustle and bustle he was putting in. My drink was the best I have ever had. He suggested me the electric berry rebel.

First time trying Dutch bros coffee. Has the same style of fancy coffee concoctions and specials as a typical Starbucks. HOWEVER They are better tasting and better pricing. With excellent customer service

Great place that's more than just coffee. They have energy drinks, teas, slashes, smoothies, some baked goods and of course coffee. It's less expensive the Starbucks but even better quality. The staff are always super friendly and give you a reason start the day with a smile. Went on my birthday and not only did I get a free drink, they wrote happy birthday on my cup, the gentleman that took my order brought it out before we even got to the window, sang happy birthday, and made my friend and I laugh. I now have my family and friends hooked on the food, atmosphere, and service this great establishment supplies. LOVE this place! Update: they were super busy when we went today and ended up waiting 20-30 mins for our drinks because someone had ordered 20 drinks. They were very apologetic and even put 3 free drinks on our account to thank us gor being patient and kind. There will be times even the best crews can have bad days but the fact they acknowledge and work to improve for the future and want to take steps to try to make it right for those waiting. Our family wouldn't go anywhere else

Sarah is the sweetest person and all of her suggestions were incredible! Her energy made our first time there even better. Drinks are absolutely amazing!!

10 out of 10 recommend. Forgot my wallet, but they gave me four drinks still. Awesome atmosphere. I love chatting with the ladies at the window. We had a nice conversation about church. Super awesome service will be back 1 million times.

No food to review on. Dutch Bros Coffee is a new and refreshing place to get coffee now. Used to do Starbucks years and years ago. The coffee beans that were used to brew coffee tasted like they were over roasted. Just burnt. Then Starbucks started selling more food products that basically, in my opinion, took away focus on coffee.

First time trying Dutch Bros! We had a strawberry banana smoothie & electric berry blended lemonade. Both so delicious. The staff were the most friendly staff I’ve seen in a while.

If there is a Dutch Bros in the area we are visiting, we have to stop, it's a must! Always very friendly employees with lots of choices for flavors and great, huge drinks at reasonable prices. You can't go wrong with Dutch Bros!

Supreme among excellence, this visit exceeded the peerless customer service and experience set by all Dutch Bros locations I've been to.

Chatting with my girlfriend and I while taking or order, Taylor learned it was our one-year anniversary. He enthusiastically congratulated us, comped our drinks, and told the rest of the staff about the occasion. When we arrived at the window, Chloe and Sam greeted us with well wishes and charming notes written on our drinks.

The initiative and warmth shown by the staff today was moving.
I don't know how much the employees are paid, but whatever it is, it is not enough. This is the cultivation of brand loyalty.

New favorite coffee place!!! I've been waiting for a Dutch Bros to come to town and it's finally here! The coffee and drinks were delicious and customer service was top notch! Can't wait to go back!
