Starbucks

I visited this location on St. Patrick’s day and it was very busy. The level of professionalism and hard work displayed by the staff was top notch. They went above and beyond to help the customers and handled many situations with the utmost kindness and respect to every customer. I witnessed Lillian welcome regulars with a smile and provide excellent service, I got the chance to briefly speak with her and she was so kind and compassionate. However, every team member was equally lovely even though I did not get their names. It was inspiring to see how the team communicated and supported each other as orders kept piling in.

The team at this Starbucks is awesome. Today, they were having an extremely busy morning, and as a former retail worker, I felt their struggle. Between a-lot of orders and customer issues they came together as a team, and specifically Rochelle, Courtney and the Manager did a great job.

This team handled at least 3 situations with grace during my visit today. There was an upset customer who placed an order at a different location and was mad which was not the baristas fault and they remained calm and handled the situation well while dealing with a "karen" of a customer. People were impatiently waiting for their orders, but I've never seen a team of starbucks baristas work so hard and so well together. They had the right attitudes, and I was truly impressed by their demeanor and professionalism. I got to talk with Lilian, and she was a gem. Truly a ray of sunshine. Other members, although I didn't get their names, were also amazing. Customers were angry to be waiting for their orders, but its a busy Sunday and they shouldn't expect their 5 complicated coffees to be done in 1 minute. This team deserves praise. Would recommend for the attitudes and service provided.

i used to work here and when i tell you that the staff is busting their butts i mean it. in terms of the complaints about mobile orders coming out before cafe, that’s really not on us. starbucks has a policy that we have to get mobile drinks out in a certain amount of time. For the most part we tried to keep up with cafe orders in the process but because this is a shopping mall with an extensive amount of people coming in at all times of the day, making mobile drinks and cafe drinks can be a lot for only two baristas to handle (which is the amount of baristas working on the bar for the most part). i understand everyone’s frustration in these reviews, but please understand that this store is understaffed with a high volume of orders. the crew is really doing their best!!!

to the select group of people who are saying completely false and rude things, thank you<3 ya’ll make us work harder. to clear some things up, we DON’T deliberately get names wrong or purposefully mess up our name tags, and there’s NO WAY for ingredients to be on a drink ticket and not a receipt!! but, nice try! thanks for saying we should be replaced with parrots, too, i think that’s a great idea. i’d love to see how your drink would turn out!! i hope your hard earned money isn’t wasted on us “toddlers” anymore.🖤

Got there at a very busy time, and my coffee took much longer than estimated by the mobile app. I checked in with Tessa (I think this was the supervisor on duty’s name), and she quickly found my order and made the coffee herself. Her staff clearly has a wide range of experience and skill, and she did a great job communicating with them and redirecting them as necessary. Overall, a great experience in spite of the delayed order.

My only criticism of this place is that there should be somewhere to sit on the “pickup” side of the restaurant. I am disabled, and standing for an extended amount of time while waiting for my order was challenging. (And it’s hard not to be in the way because the space has no real structure to it, so no clear path of foot traffic to/from the counter.)

it was a typical experience at a Starbucks you order something away from to make it and then they bring you your stuff All things considered if I was going to look for a Starbucks if I was in that area well that's the the Starbucks that I would go to

My friend and I stopped by this Starbucks after a truly horrible dinner at Burgatory. The staff went out of their way to try and cheer us up. Super friendly. Sometimes it’s moments like this that can truly turn around someone’s evening.

Quick service with the mobile app. Was ready by the time it said it would be. Drink tasted amazing.

Visited the waterfront location today during breakfast hours, where I am a regular customer. They were running behind with orders due to a lot of new staff. As a result of the delay, the manager apologized PROFUSELY and passed out FREE cake pops and brownies for our inconvenience. That location is the EPITOME of fantastic customer service. Kudos to the Waterfront Starbucks in Homestead!!!!!

Love the single slices of pizza! They're big and delicious and the ice cream is good too. Nice treat for my daughters after playing at the park across the street.

Been going to this location on and off for 2 decades. I've seen generations of employees there over the years. Each team has been competent or better and the current one is pretty good. That's a testament to Starbucks' management regardless of what you may think of the company. All this time I've only ever ordered one drink, the Triple Venti Mocha. It's a bit expensive but I love it.

Loved it! Gerry is so nice and ALWAYS meets me with a smile..thank you Gerry! Seems to always be busy however I am in and out with minimal wait time..my drink ALWAYS tastes the same and that is extremely important! All very nice employees!

5/5 stars for the baristas, cashiers, and other team members busting their assess trying to get out mobile orders and cafe orders as quickly as they can.

0/5 stars for Starbucks CORPORATE for cutting labor and forcing FIVE people to handle hundreds of orders an hour here. It's CORPORATES fault people cancelled their orders. Hire and pay people what they are worth you lazy corporate slobs.

While slightly small for a Starbucks on the inside, there's a ton of outside seating compared to many Starbucks. What's nice about said seating is that it's part of a park like square with a fountain and a little space from the other shops here.

Staff were friendly and responsive, and establishment is clean.

Unlike most I've seen, their restrooms are not unisex, but at least are not locked like many near the city.

I ordered a “Secret Menu Item” (baby yoda)
that literally just came out a few hours before I went there told them what was in it and they made it Perfectly!!!!!!!!!! All I’d say is add a hint of cinnamon if you get what I got

Cons / Super small place great service even though you can barely move or breath in there .... it’s a get your coffee to go place if you’re looking for more space and peace go to Barnes and nobles down the block! I ordered a

Great location. Don’t be afraid of the locals here on the weekends. Super friendly customers that add to the experience if you choose to interact otherwise they may might simply wave hello. Always pleased to make the journey for this location for prompt, accurate and friendly service in a great location for either indoor or outdoor fun.

Make sure you leave positive reinforcement on they're sticking out of love and I made my drink perfect imperfection yes you look like a person on the mission
