Cafe at Gatto Nero

Great coffee, great service, and a great atmosphere. They serve Vermont Coffee Company beverages, both regular coffee and delicious espresso-based drinks. It doesn't necessarily seem like anything special at first glance, but once you've been there you'll absolutely want to return. A caramel latte has become part of my morning ritual and I'm not sure how I managed without it before. Absolutely worth a stop!
And if you're extra lucky, you'll find the barista listening to some random indie music that you've never heard before but will turn into your new favorite.

Wow, excellent customer service. Equally great lattes!! We were traveling through and looking for a local coffee shop to support, and even though their hours had recently changed and they weren’t open, the barista graciously offered to open up & make us Maple Lattes. All of their syrups are homemade and the espresso was fresh and strong, and the ice cubes were either frozen coffee/espresso, so that the latte wouldn’t become watered down as the ice melted while drinking. 10/10 experience. Well done you guys!!

Adorable little place and the owner is really nice and very knowledgeable. Nice and quiet. Try the Maple latte. It is AMAZING!!
They also have a kombucha tap here if that is your thing. :)

A hidden gem in St. Johnsbury. Great lattes, fresh ingredients, the best ice cream in town in the summers, awesome treats, and assuming you avoid the after-school kids, it's the most relaxed place to hangout in town.

Hands down the best cafe in the Northeast Kingdom. Great pastries, exceptional coffee and a cool, hip, artistic environment. Highly recommended.

There is not a more eclectic place to grab a cup of joe in town. Great coffee and good conversation all happening in the middle of a fine art printing press.

Amazing coffee and snacks. Try the black coffee with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Sounds weird but you won't forget it.
