Boule Bakery

I stumbled upon this little gem. I saw a small bakery sign on the corner of Portland street that lured me in. I was torn between a beautifully seductive brownie or a chocolate crinkly cookie. I opted for the cookie and it did not disappoint. Rich, moist baked ho perfection. Sourdough based bread and croissants looked delicious. Check this place out I know I will be for sure

Stopped in while in town for a week visiting family as , full disclosure, I have a family member that works there. Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is fantastic. Tiny but you can only do so much with that. The croissants were good, especially the ham and cheddar. And the lattes, delightful. Each barista has a slight variation to theirs but THEY ARE ALL GOOD! Can’t recommend this place enough.

We visited here while on vacation and are really glad we stopped! I got a chai latte and a peppermint crinkle cookie and both were delicious! Next time we are back in the area we'll stop by again!

Excellent pastries! Highly recommend getting the cherry almond bun and espresso caramel cheesecake!

We sampled 5 different pastries and not a single one had a flaw. Kudos to the baker and the team. The items came out promptly and the prices are reasonable. The ambience is lively and fun but still relaxed.

Road tripping home and needed a car break. We found Boule Bakery on Google, and we are so happy we did! Both our peppermint mocha lattes and pastries were seriously delicious! I plan to stop at Boules every time we head back and forth between NH and Vermont!

Delicious! Get there early, they sell out most days. Favorite of mine are the quichelets. One thing I really like is they have classic pastries and breads but you can also find things like curry-tomato sourdough and basil-strawberry eclairs.

My wife and I enjoyed a nice lunch consisting of ham n cheese croissants, along with a caramel macchiato and vanilla latte.

I got one of several things to share with people we are visiting. We divided then and each tried different ones. The chocolate almond croissant. I try them almost everywhere we go. These are the best I have ever had. Hope they have some tomorrow morning. Want to take several back to Ohio. My husband loved the orange cardamom cinnamon rolls. Wish them well and looking forward to coming back next year

On a main corner of downtown, free 90 min parking if you can find an empty spot. The outside doesn't look like much, but inside is modern and cozy. About 12 trays of various bakery items, and some pre-made bagel sandwiches. We got a box of 5 pastries, cappuccino, and a mocha for $29. We'll definitely want to stop here again on roadtrips, better than a drive thru.

I hadn’t had sourdough pastries before and they were flaky and delicious. Our lattes were great, and the staff were great.

I had breakfast at Boule Bakery this morning and also picked up a few treats to go for later. Great coffee, delicious breakfast sandwich, and a nice quiet place to sit and watch railroad street. I will definitely be back!

Just the best cake ever. Nailed the flavor and the design. Also the best gluten free cupcakes around. Easy to order on line. Will definitely use again.

Boule has amazing food and staff, and the space is amazingly comfortable and well-designed. They went above and beyond for my family. My son left behind a case with about 30 Nintendo Switch games inside. We didn't realize it was missing for a few weeks. When I finally called, I learned they had kept it in their safe and they arranged to send it to me in Maine! You should check out this wonderful local business!

Great place! Service was fantastic. My latte came with an adorable bear pattern. It was so cute! Tried their cardamon bun. Super delicious! Will be back next time I'm in the area.

Boule Bakery staff has always been friendly and inviting. The bakers have a special talent for using the right amount of ingredients, and have created such wonderful pastries! I feel that this should be a go-to place for anyone visiting or passing by our town.

Absolutely delicious pastries, bread, sandwiches, and coffee. The best stop in Saint Johnsbury.
