I've come here in the past and been here a few times recently for my car issues, and honestly they've been incredibly helpful, ensuring I'm getting what I need, and not what I think I need. Very knowledgeable and kind overall.

Every time I come here John and Ernie are always the ones to help me. I have absolutely nothing negative to say at all about either one of them. They both have great customer service skills and they actually know what they're talking about. And I love that they don't just try to sell you anything and everything because I'm a "female walking in not knowing what I'm talking about". They don't take advantage of it. They actually explain things and give advice/recommendations. 10/10 , keep these guys around. They are what brings in good business. 👌

So glad I bought a battery for my car here. John took care of me he pre tested the battery and the first one was no good. The second was good. He put it in the car for me as well. Thanks John for help. Then a week later my check engine light came on. I was happy John was there again. He checked it and had me take a picture of the code for my mechanic. That was very helpful for the mechanic. Thanks again John.

I have visited this location twice each time only 1 employee asked me if I needed assistance and that was Aaron. He was very polite and greeted me with a smile. If the other employees mimic Aaron the store would be a great place to shop. Thank you Aaron.

I came last minute with a bad battery and he ended up changing it. Amazing customer service.

I've been here probably 4 times. Every single time, they help me and don't try to sell me things I don't need. They are always nice and don't talk down to me. This week, Dave took extra time to answer a few questions.

Needed a part. Was greeted with a helpful polite reception. Had the part I needed. Talked to worker. They turn brake rotors and drums (unusual). Install wiper blades ,no labor cost. The store retains some atmosphere of the stores of the past. Kinda refreshing.

Jordan came to my rescue today. I had a dead battery. He reassured me he had the correct battery and installed it for me. He offered wonderful customer service and knew his products. All for a reasonable price with a warranty. Thanks again!!

DAVE AT THE STORE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. he sat and talked to us forever about the hub assembly for our 2007 ford f150. He was very helpful. Would recommend this store to everyone. Ask for Dave if you need help.

This is my favorite location. Whenever I need anything for my car I go here, the guys are always friendly and they know us when we go in. I can’t remember his name but one in particular is usually there and helps me and is very good with me and my son. I won’t go to another O’Reilly store or another store for auto parts in general. The guys at other stores are nice, but this store has personality.

I want to give a shout out to Dave Maggio who took the time to locate a battery for my mother-in laws' car as it needed replacement ASAP! I was only in town for a few hours to help and he took the time to call ahead the other store and make sure we would be handled with care once we arrived at the other location. He went the extra mile and after a long day of waiting for a AAA jump and then driving to several auto parts stores in search of a battery, Dave rescued us! We want to thank Dave for his exceptional professionalism and courtesy! We are big fans of O'Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Dave!!
